Yiamas Greek Taverna

I had the best experience at this lovely restaurant. We celebrated one of my friend’s birthday’s and ordered the set menus for the whole group (13 people I believe). The food was great and the portions were massive, but the absolute best part was the service. I am gluten intolerant and told them in advance, and my partner has a nut allergy as well. Usually we have to be on top of this ourselves at restaurants even if we have mentioned it and especially in big groups or with set menus, but the staff at Yiamas was on top of it right from the start checking with us and going above and beyond making sure we didn’t just skip the meals that had gluten or nuts, but offering us alternative dishes that were just as good (if not better) as the main menu and making sure we had big portions as well. Especially one of the staff members, I think his name was Callum, delivered exceptional service. As someone with dietary restrictions I don’t think I have ever had a service this extraordinary. Big shout out to this restaurant and definitely a place we will revisit shortly!

Had a fantastic Fathers Day lunch here, we had the $56 set menu and it was fantastic. The service was excellent and the waitresses were very knowledgeable, we had a celiac in our party and the waitress offered some different options and even told us what maybe cross contaminated during the cooking process. Cannot rate this place highly enough! Will be back!
