I had takeaway delivered to Scratch bar and was what to expect as I can’t eat gluten and dairy. The vegan fungi pizza with some pepperoni was superb. Staff were helpful and delivery prompt. I have eaten gf and vegan cheese pizza in several countries including Italy and this was just fantastic. Thanks. I will be back soon
With customizable options and a blend of authentic flavors, this spot offers delicious meals served fast in a cozy vibe.

Had another lovely family meal here recently where the food is of the highest quality with fabulous flavours. The chefs manage dietary requirements such as coeliac and garlic intolerances with genuine care. The service is also excellent. Thanks Tuk Tuk you are one of our most favourite places to eat in Brisbane :-)
My mate had his 30th here, the venue, food and service were all great, 100% recommend. I can't eat gluten and the staff were really kind and accommodating towards me.
A fantastic spot for groups where a lavish feast and attentive service create an unforgettable dining experience.

Best Lebanese restaurant in Brisbane. We were a group of 13 adult and one child, We had a $45.00PP banquette (more like a feast) food could have been enough to feed an extra 8 people.
We also had four staff members serving us to make sure that every member in the group with their every different cuisine requirement (Vegetarians, Vegans and Gluten free, is met to their best ability.
Everyone ended the night extremely satisfied with the food quality, quantity and most of all the very quick and pleasant services we got.
.
I am very disappointed by that GF person from our group, who wrote that sad and unnecessary review, Cedars restaurant nor their generous and kind staff deserve this, they were very accommodating our GF needs,. they went overboard to especially satisfy the GF person.
Dear GF person, I assure you couldn't go anywhere in the whole of Australia or Lebanon and get this top quality or quantity of food for $45.00.
Most people have had hard time for the last two years with COVID but especially our hospitality, give them a break. God has forgiven you surely you can do the same. Can you please remove you unnecessary review? as this would be a bad reflection for you and for whom we represent.
Thank you and Merry Christmas GF

Shimo has been my favorite spot, even before I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. After my diagnosis, my partner and I visited Shimo for dinner and mentioned my new dietary restrictions to the owner. By the end of that visit, he was already experimenting with a gluten-free marinade! On our next visit, the GF marinade was ready to eat with the meat and oh my, it was SO good!
They don't display the gluten free marinade or soy sauce on the menu, but if you ask any of the staff, they know exactly what to do.
I cannot recommend Shimo enough. The owner and staff are all so accommodating, friendly and helpful.
A very pleasant place to have breakfast. The tables are far enough apart to give some privacy for reading or conversation and the menu is tasty, informative (kj, veg, gluten free clearly marked) and flexible (want avocado with your omelette? No worries). It's not haute cuisine, of course, but as a day-to-day place to have a peaceful breakfast it's wonderful.
