I love Todd & Pup. It’s one of my favourite local cafes. Food is always delicious and they do a lot of gluten free menu items standard. Also dairy free options. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love that the menu always seems to have new delicious dishes added.

If you are a lover of authentic flavours and trying new cuisines, Arhibu is a must. The right balance of flavours, punch and spice that will delight the taste buds. The teff injera is divine - fluffy, lightweight and slightly tangy which becomes your substitute cutlery (but do not worry, there are forks/spoons available for those that prefer to use cutlery). There are plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten intolerant and omnivores alike. Recommend the share platter to try a bit of everything. They have 2 restaurants - the established one in Moorooka, and a brand new opening at the Saigon Plaza in Inala. A great way to share good food and stories with loved ones. Generous portions, cheap and affordable. The owner/chef is an absolute delight and you'll feel at home. Go out and support your local, family-run business.

I've eaten in Ethiopian restaurants in many countries. This is a small, unassuming place in the back of a shopping arcade, and seems to be popular with local Ethiopians. The food was very tasty with the exception of the gomen (greens) which was made with spinach instead of the more typical colland greens, so was pasty and lacking in flavor. We ordered two servings of the Doro w'et, our favorite, but one serving came with NO meat, just sauce, and neither serving had a boiled egg as is usually served. On the plus side, the servings were the perfect size for our group. Cost is very reasonable for Ethiopian food in Brisbane. Rice is available in place of the wheat-based injera for the gluten intolerant.
