I had the pleasure of eating here on Friday the 14th. The wait was more than reasonable we were told it would be about 45 min, we left our name and returned 35min later as requested and waited less than 10 min to be seated. The service was impeccable we had fresh and delicious coffee on the table within 3 min of sitting down. I ordered the special of Chicken and waffles Eggs benedict with the Jerk Plantains as my side. The flavour's presented were truly fantastic. I truly look forward to dining here again. Gluten free options were available and also extremely tasty according to the Celiac I dined with.

Had an amazing 23rd anniversary at Joes made even more special by Taija who took amazing care of us. Awesome gluten free options, awesome service and great atmosphere. We will be back for sure. Thanks Taija!

I ordered the Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Dinner for Two. It was very disappointing, especially after seeing all the positive reviews posted on Google. The turkey was not that moist and the mashed potato was overly thick. The worst part was the gravy, which was a pale jelly-like substance that was tasteless and rather disgusting looking. Looked like it was made with a lot of thickener but hardly any turkey stock. The only thing tasty was the cranberry sauce. I doubt I would order from them again.

Made reservations to eat here with a group of 5 friends, and I’m So glad I did as it was packed ! It was our first time here and we all really enjoyed our meals. The only downfall was once we placed our order, it took almost 45 minutes to get our meals so it felt long for sure lol I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they handled my meals great. I got the steak and eggs, the home fries are GF (minus cross contamination from the fryer) and they have GF toast (not pictured). My friends got eggs Benny, the French toast and the club sandwich, and everyone really liked their meals and had no complaints. Would definitely visit here again - even with the wait time of the busy restaurant !

This restaurant is not what it seems from the outside! It's a small spot with absolutely amazing food. They have a wide selection of gluten free dishes- every dish I tried was delicious! The staff were kind and attentive. We went for lunch and it was busy- we even ordered food to take home for dinner.

I’m lucky to have had some amazing dining experiences here! My partner and I felt welcome and celebrated for our engagement dinner and even received a dessert on the house! As someone with a gluten allergy dining here has been easy for me, the servers really know the menu so it’s no stress. This is my second time here this week! It's awesome! I have had the Heat Wave bowl with rice and Gluten Free with zoodles and GF sauces. Amazingly fresh, fast and delicious!! Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed the food at cafe mio. I ordered a gluten free vegetarian pasta and the plate was filled with high quality fresh veggies which was very impressive. I really enjoyed their approach at pasta as they do not add any heavy sauces or spices , they just stick to the basics and make it as healthy as possible. Also our waiter was delightful. She helped us out with the menu and was able to understand/accommodate my allergy. We were so full we did not get a chance to try the coffee but I will return at some point to do that!

*celiac friendly* There are many gluten free choices. The chef are kind and flexible. Each roll is made fresh to order. They take your allergies into account and make accommodations. Ingredients are very fresh and delicious!

What a great way to celebrate the reopening of restaurants with a fantastic meal with some close friends. The fixed menu had lots of interesting things and they were able to accommodate a gluten intolerance every step of the way.

I can't believe they could get me to love sardines so much! Those sardines were tasty, drippy, and yummy on their bread and really good with their other sandwich fixings. Had the tofu and classic banh mi too. I live near Chinatown, so this place was considerably more expensive, but still authentic and did not sacrifice on taste and variety. Would love gluten-free bread for those gluten-sensitive folks (and would prefer it myself). Overall -- Hooray, glad you've opened in Westboro! People who work and live nearby are so lucky to have you.
