A little piece of Italy in the middle of Billund Bellini Café Ristorante is undoubtedly Billund's absolute gem when it comes to dining experiences. I had the pleasure of visiting the place and it was an experience that deserves praise all round. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that makes you feel like a dear guest – not just another customer. The decor is modern with cozy Italian details that create an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. But of course it's the food that steals the show. Their pizzas are heavenly – crispy, perfectly baked and with ingredients of the highest quality. I also tried their pasta and it tasted like it was made by an Italian nonna in a kitchen in Tuscany. The flavors are balanced and genuine – exactly as they should be. A big plus is that they also offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes without compromising on taste or quality. There is something for everyone, and it's all served with a smile. Bellini is more than just a restaurant – it's an experience. Regardless of whether you are in Billund as a tourist or a local, you should treat yourself to a visit. It's a small trip to Italy without you having to leave Denmark. 5 out of 5 stars - I will definitely be back

Many vegan dishes marked with the carrot symbol. Many dishes are also gluten-free, very kind and professional staff, they provided me with the list of allergens and showed me the gluten-free dishes. Clean, welcoming environment.

All the pizzas can be made gluten-free, which is a big plus for us. The restaurant was awarded 2nd best pizza in Denmark in 2021. The atmosphere is casual. For us, the pizza was ok. We ordered several. There are a lot of unique options one normally doesn't get at a pizza place. The ham was too salty but other than that, the others tasted fine. The children's pizza is only just slightly smaller than the adult size. The difference is minimal. The service could have been better. They mixed up our drink order and had to be reminded after a long wait to bring us the correction. They also didn't tell us that we had to pay in cash (something wrong with the card reader) until after our order had been sent to the kitchen. The nearest ATM we could find was 2 blocks away!

Very good food, the butler (at least the one who seemed to be) was very nice and helpful with everything, but didn't seem like he had brought his A-team with him tonight. Both 2 other waiters seemed disinterested and slow. But the food was good and the "butler" covered up mediocre waiters who all in all created a very good experience. Also managed to take good care of gluten. If we were here for several days, I would have tried here several times.

Delicious food, even a gluten-free hamburger in the range, which was also surprisingly tasty. The spare ribs were also good. Friendly staff .

Really good food. The prices are accordingly. Could have had a price in the menu even if it was a buffet. We got a separate tablet for him who was supposed to have gluten-free food. Hot food was taken from the buffet. Sushi was ordered on a tablet at the table. The food was good. We ordered sushi because we looked at the hot food and struggled a bit to eat sushi because there was so much good food to choose from.
