Delicious galettes and completely gluten-free, the dessert with profiterolles was also gluten-free. And it was very tasty too.
Highly recommended if you are celiac.
They adapt the dishes to you. They change the bread for buckwheat pancakes. I haven't gotten sick, which is enough.
