We have visited Can Josep alone and with our family and friends on numerous occasions. For us this is the finest restaurant in Porto Pollenca - staff are attentive and professional, the food choices are super (gluten-free options aplenty!) and the wine list very comprehensive and interesting. The clientele range from teens to us oldies and everyone is made to feel special. Can’t wait for the reopening in early 2025. Paul and Jennifer Bischoff
Great spot with a varied menu, nice local wines, and a buzzing atmosphere—definitely a must-visit in Puerto de Pollenca!

Many thanks to Alex and all the waiters who have served us at both lunches.
The service was excellent, my daughter has celiac disease, they have the issue of cross contamination under control (the pizza is made in a separate oven) it was incredible how delicious it was! I hesitated when they brought it to the table but it was gluten-free!
The pasta was also exquisite.
All of our food was very delicious!! Unfortunately we returned to Madrid😃. Scheduled for next year.
This cozy spot features a unique menu with a fantastic variety, perfect for anyone craving hearty and flavorful meals while exploring Pollenca.

What a joy to have come across this charming place. I found it by searching for gluten free options. I ordered an arepa which I thought was delicious and very filling. Furthermore, they treated me very well. I will return to try other Venezuelan delicacies 🫶🏻
Amazing service and standout options make this spot a highlight of any holiday, ensuring a top-notch dining experience.

In July we came across this restaurant on our holiday and it was the best restaurant we ate in. All of the servers were amazing, food options were amazing, & the dietary help as someone who is gluten free was INSANE! Our lovely waiter made sure everything was put on allergy tickets, had everything double checked, and treated me as a coeliac. Best restaurant food wise and service wise. Please try this place if you’re looking for somewhere to eat!!
Expect vibrant dishes with fresh textures and delightful cocktails, perfect for families with diverse tastes and plenty of options for everyone.

We’re a family of six — two teenagers, an OAP and three adults. My wife, who’s a coeliac had the squid and was very happy. I ordered a Wok fried beef noodle dish and it was very good. Seeded with some additional shoots on top that added some extra texture. The sauce wasn’t loaded with sugar either, which I appreciated.
Notably the pickiest teenager ever ordered a curry, and ate it all.
The cocktails were lovely too — hey we’re on holiday after all.
We went to eat in the middle of August and it was very quiet, something that may give you pause but we ate well, average prices not excessive for the area. They treated me very well as a celiac and they had gluten-free bread, which is appreciated because there are few restaurants that have it.
Enjoy a fantastic experience where groups are well-catered for, ensuring everyone gets a timely and delightful selection tailored to their needs.

Delightful place, wonderful local food, elegant decor but relaxed, really friendly and competent service. Great menu choice. No gluten free puddings though mind you! A bit cold ( it’s March)
