Visited Nando's Merryhill tonight for our eldest son's birthday. Our younger son has coeliac and we were asked on our way in about allergens and can't believe how accommodating and nice they were! The man on the door really reassured me and It's by far the best place we have visited and we felt so comfortable being able to eat out safely with our son!! All the staff were lovely (they always are) and I want to say a big thank you to the young man who bought our food over to our table, he even washed his hands before handling my sons gluten free plate! Honestly couldn't have asked for more from our visit today and wish I had left some feedback when I was in store because I can't believe how amazing they all were. Thank you, we will 100% be returning!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a fast food place! KELLY at merry hill was a fantastic help. With someone who has coeliac disease and find it hard to find places to eat. Kelly was very knowledgeable on what I can eat and she constantly changed her gloves when serving me. Thank you Kelly you made our day ☺️
