Such a lovely place, the service was excellent. We had an afternoon tea for 2 with half of it having to be gluten free (for me) and it was the most amazing gluten free food I’ve had. Lovely fresh scones cooked when we arrived and the sandwiches were so filling we had to have a box to bring the cakes home as we couldn’t manage it all. Everything was so fresh and beautifully made. We would highly recommend going here and we will be back again soon. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I've been here a few times and each time the food has been fantastic and the ambience lovely. On weekdays and Sundays the atmosphere isn't very loud so perfect for catching up with friends and family. The staff took great care with regard to my allergies, citrus and gluten and were able to assure me the food involved no cross contamination and so it was coeliac safe (I've never been sick after eating here). The staff were all really knowledgeable about ingredients in their food and really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Got caught out needed a snack and have coeliac disease so zero gluten went in pret in Orpington and not a great choice but the staff went out of there way to help and as was cold and windy gave me a free coffee! And the gluten free turkey xmas soup was amazing!

My son and I visited today. We are both gluten free and I am also dairy free. I read online they had gluten free pancakes and so we wanted to try. The staff on arrival were absolutely lovely and confirmed they could do gluten free and also dairy free. We both had pancakes and they did not disappoint! They were amazing, best I think we’ve ever had and presentation was beautiful. So refreshing to go somewhere and be catered for so easily. Thank you for a wonderful visit! Juices were amazing too!
Amazing dinner. Enjoyed our evening out for my husband's birthday and catered for a gluten allergy without any issues. Helpful staff, fantastic service and delicious food!! We will return :)
Great place, lovely staff. They have very clear separate vegan and gluten free menus which is super helpful. Good selection of cocktails. We will definitely be back :)

I do like the restaurant although they need more gluten free (some there so not bad) plus some of the staff seem confused on the Loyalty card! But they do a good hot mulled tea. Free parking a bonus and a lovely place to shop
A warm welcome and good food in a cosy, quaint, vintage style tea room. A good choice on offer from the menu at very fair prices. There is a gluten free option on the freshly made cakes - the lemon one was delicious! The only downside was it was very busy and quite noisy. Otherwise a delightful visit.
