Ok so I recently went to copper and moss saltaire as I am gluten free and dairy free . I was hugely disappointed . My latte arrived with a big pink lipstick stain on side of my cup . I orders egg gf toast with salmon and poached egg . I got 2 smallest GF toast slices I have ever seen . With 2 eggs and only one think slice of salmon as the second toast was hidden underneath the one with egg on . Please check as they usually cover it with hollandaise sauce . I can’t have cows milk and had mine without the sauce therefore, noticed only one slice of salmon . I paid £11 just for this egg / toast thing and coffee was on top of that price . I DEFINITELY won’t ever be back . I have been to other cafes and restaurants in area recently and were cheaper, portion sizes much better , food a lot tastier and much better standards / service

Shown on Just Eat as a local restaurant that delivered to my address. Phoned at lunch time to confirm, was told they deliver to my address (which is excellent as my wife is coeliac, and they do gluten free pizza). Went to order through their own website, which also confirmed they deliver to my address, and rang back (4:15pm) to ask a different question. Without even giving my details, I was told they would not deliver to my address. The person I spoke to was very rude and would not listen when I said I'd already been told it was OK and two different websites said it was.
What poor customer service.

Visiting family in Shipley and back to The Bothy. As good as ever warming nourishing stew for me and soup for my wife. Great value for this quality of food. Good on veggie and gluten free, we’ll be back next time we visit the grandkids

Fantastic Café. Really recommend the three egg omelette. The food is of a really high standard. And the gluten free brownies are on another level. Lovely paintings on display too, ended up buying three. Can't recommend it enough, staff are very friendly and helpful.
