But. The pie was lackluster. The crust was not good, it's apparently gluten free and seems to make a big difference.
The filling was great, but didn't make up for the crust. Thick and grainy crust which kind of hid the small quantity of filling inside....

Chef Huw and the team are fantastic. I came in with a couple friends, one who is gluten intolerant, and they were very accommodating to the dietary restriction.
