Huge portion, had half left, and took it home. Definitely needs some of the spice provided on the side. Being able to customize the pho is really cool. The summer rolls are good! Would definitely get those again. Gluten free and halal options! Signature mojito is pretty standard, Kind of strong. Staff were so friendly, explained what everything is and how it's used etc.

Lovely little pub great gluten free selection of both food and drinks and also low or no alcohol options. For anyone with poor mobility or wheelchair user there isn't any wheelchair access that I could see and stairs entry approx 10 stairs up (however stairs have hand rails each side) there are also inside a couple of small stairs inside to use the gents or ladies loos. Looks like they do summer outdoor gigs and sip and paint events too.

From the get go, our server Claudio was EXCELLENT! My partner is Coeliac intolerant and we always struggle to find anywhere to eat because of gluten containing foods. Claudio was on the money with everything. She was very efficient in her work and made the experience very warming. My kids had an amazing time and so did my partner. Would defiantly visit again to this establishment. 5 star service, food was brilliant!

Food was absolutely delicious. The service was so-so. Had to ask for utensils several times and remind servers on what we ordered. The place has very lovely atmosphere and they had options for me even if I required gluten free and dairy free food. We took several starters and two mains - all very really good. Lovely food, friendly staff and amazing views! Came here for dinner on a busy friday evening, we were looked after so wonderfully by all members of staff who were chatty and attentive. After making them aware of a gluten allergy, they were all extremely careful and reassuring.The chef very kindly offered to make a new batch of gluten-free halloumi fries. Such a lovely place with great staff, definitely will be back :)

Visited here with friends (their choice rather than ours) but what a lovely surprise this place was! As gluten free I'm always nervous about trying new places but the menu is marked up and quite a few options. I opted for the Peanut Crunch Salad and some Hashed Potatoes. The salad was beautiful! I'd happily have that every day. It's so clean and fresh. Warning about the Jazzy Broccoli with spicy sambal! I nabbed a bit from our friend and it was so spicy!

The best gluten free fish and chips around. Can't tell the difference taste-wise. The curry sauce is delicious. Just a shame its only available on Tuesdays and not every day!

We went for lunch with my husband. The place is lovely, the service was outstanding and the food was absolutely amazing! I’m dairy- and gluten-free and they made me a delicious bowl of Bibimbap. My husband loved his dishes as well, and the people working there were so kind and lovely. The bathrooms were super clean and pretty. We’re definitely coming back!

We had the best time at bottomless brunch at Las Iguanas, and it was all thanks to Marta! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. As someone who’s coeliac, eating out can be a bit stressful, but Marta handled it all brilliantly. She made sure I felt totally looked after, double-checking everything with the kitchen and making sure my food was safe without making a fuss. £20 for some chicken strips and chips that were McDonald’s level quality. There’s one gluten free item on the menu- advertised as a “gluten free cheeseburger”.. yet I was charged extra for having cheese on my cheese burger.. I didn’t ask for extra.. they charged extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. Small and dry burger for £16. Put me off TGIFs for life and I make sure dissuade others from going to any other TGIFs.

Prezzo is an amazing place if you want to try something Italian They do amazing pizza's, pasta, burgers, calzones and desserts They have a vast menu for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free They do not do any vegetarian or vegan burgers Good options of wine, cocktails and beers. Really tasty takeaway, offering pick up and delivery (which can be slow at peak time) plus it is a nice place to eat in though somewhat cramped at busy times. There is a reduced gluten free menu, no red/green curries but plenty of stir fries and rice noodle dishes to choose from and my veggie pad Thai was excellent. Pretty good value overall and probably my favourite place to eat in Caversham.

Authentic Mauritian Cuisine & Warm Hospitality! I visited Flavor of Mauritius with a group of 22 and opted for the two-course meal, as it was my first time trying Mauritian cuisine. For my starter, I had the gluten-free platter, and for my main, I chose the Chicken Daube. I also ordered an extra dish, the Chicken & Egg Upside Down Bowl, since I wanted to try something different. To drink, I had a cocktail, though I can’t quite remember the name. All the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of flavors. The restaurant atmosphere was great, and the bar near the entrance added a nice touch to the setting. It looked like a family-run business, with both partners managing it. They were warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The two servers looking after our table were also diligent, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues, which made the experience even better. Overall, Flavor of Mauritius offers amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic Mauritian cuisine in Reading!

What a lovely experience! I grew up in an area where there was an Indian restaurant on every road and as a result end up never going out for Indian cuisine because it was all the same. When a friend suggested Clay's we figured we'd give it a try and what a breath of fresh air it is! The curry is not the "meat in a curry gravy" I remember when growing up. You'll find thing like venison and liver and an explosion of flavours. The menu is marked with allergens (in-store but not online). As gluten free there were so many options for me with no reaction.

Great place to grab lunch. Order on a screen like macdonalds type system. Select fillings individually to make up yout burrito. Burrito bowls available for gluten free options. Loads of choice of fillings and good value for money. Service was good. We sat outside and people watched. Overall would definitely recommend

I just had a gluten free brownie as I have Coeliac but they did not tell it had nuts in it . Luckily I’m not allergic! It tasted soggy and sticky, not nice at all. I asked for soya milk hot chocolate, luckily I checked as they made me with normal milk and didn’t even Apologise ! Then made one with soya that was cold . Disgusting 🤢 and terrible service! You definitely need to rethink your recipes for GF and learn to be polite ( the guy not the girls ! )

The quality of the cakes are just insane - whoever is making them is very talented. I love this place so much it is literally my favourite aspect of Reading. Thank you so so so much for making high quality, gluten free perfectly-sweetened desserts! I love you guys!

Do any of you have a wheat or gluten allergy? This place has 1 batch of gluten free muffins made fresh every morning. They change the flavours every day. The one in the picture is Cherry and Chocolate muffin. Very nice ! These are on my regular route to pick one up every time I’m in town. In most places I can’t eat anything, here I can treat myself. I wish they added a line of gluten free sandwiches too. Maybe they will in the future.

Last night we had a hearing dog (in training) . We were told as we entered that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. We explained the situation and the new manager was really understanding. We sat and were seen to really quickly for drinks and were given a few minutes to choose our meals. Very well done . We found all the staff to be very attentive and professional. I , personally am coeliac. The manager explained the whole menu and also gave me other options. When meal was served it was pointed out . The manager personally came and asked how our meals were and had a chat for couple of minutes. Very good experience. Thankyou.

We had a wonderful time at your restaurant! I had mistakenly booked the table for 7:30 AM instead of 7:30 PM, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and gave us a lovely table exactly where we had hoped to sit. The food was perfect. Since we mentioned having celiac disease and needing gluten-free options, the kitchen thoughtfully prepared a separate 100% gluten-free dish to be absolutely sure—something we really appreciated. A big thank you to Lexi for the warm welcome, and to the whole Coppa Club team for your outstanding hospitality. We hadn’t had the best experience in the past (a phone once fell into the river due to the wind while we were on the terrace!), but this visit completely changed our impression. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My Penne Alle Verdure was reasonable but could be maybe spiced up a bit and the Pizzas looked a much better option (there are two vegan/no dairy options). Be careful with the grappa - it’s potent! Overall a very good family run restaurant.

This is a delightful place to eat with superb authentic food and atmosphere. Where else can you get homemade, gluten free, vegan, absolutely delicious carrot cake? You have to try this place to see how good it is. It's a hidden gem.
