Completely gluten free and Italian owned so you can buy niche products too, the restaurant two doors down as well is owned by the same people and the chef is an Italian celiac chef. His food is incredible and he specialises is seafood but also makes handmade pasta for each dish.

The food is outstanding, excellent service the cakes and scones are some of the best we’ve had. The Gluten Free Afternoon Tea is a real plus, lots of other options available for GF too. We have now visited three times . Twice in a afternoon for coffee and cake and this Christmas eve for evening meal out. I found staff to be very helpful and patient. It as a good gluten free menu as my wife is gluten-free. It also has a good vegan/vegetarian choice as my daughter is vegetarian. It's also dog friendly so if you have a pooch it's a good place to go . Every time we have been it's been busy but we have always managed to get a table . Would recommend for all to enjoy

Absolute gem of a restaurant for people with gluten intolerance, I didn’t feel limited in my options at all. Our server Nuke was super friendly and talked me through the GF options which turned out to be most of the menu. Food was great, service fantastic. Pleased to see Pho is dog friendly too. I will return.

The chicken and waffle was absolutely divine. The crispy, perfectly seasoned fried chicken paired with the golden, buttery waffle was a match made in heaven. Every bite was an explosion of flavor—sweet, savory, crispy, fluffy—all at once. Whoever came up with this combination deserves a medal. Then came the blueberry pancakes… and let me tell you, don’t let the words “vegan” and “gluten-free” fool you. If anything, they made them even more incredible! Light, fluffy, and bursting with fresh blueberries, these pancakes were pure perfection. I was skeptical at first, but one bite and I was completely sold. The latte? Simply exquisite. The coffee-to-milk ratio was spot on, creating the smoothest, most balanced cup I’ve had in a long time. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the barista surprised me with a beautifully crafted heart design on top. The attention to detail was unreal! Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but trust me, every single penny is worth it. I will definitely be coming back very soon!

Gluten free pizza was ok. Chips were soggy and unseasoned. The chicken strip wrap wrap was the blandest thing I've eaten in ages. I couldn't finish it.

Absolutely marvellous staff, delicious food and good prices. My wife's a Coeliac and found the gluten free menu to be very good. We got a discount using my Defense discount card which we appreciated very much. I never approve of a service charge being added and on this occasion I was pleased to have it removed, so I could give a better tip.

Visited with a large group of friends for a birthday meal. The staff were great and catered for all of our different dietary requirements! Highly recommend the gluten free version of the Ma-Doner, so delicious! GF onion rings were also excellent.

This is probably one of the best pizzas my wife and I ever had. We were frequent clients when living in Sheffield. My wife is celiac and they had great alternatives for her. Ingredients were always fresh. We will never forget this place. We brought Italian friends to the restaurant and they were positively surprised with the quality of the dishes

I looked around for a Gluten Free Takeaway near Totley and stumbled across Mr and Mrs Cod. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was amazing. I can normally tell that food is Gluten Free - but the Fish and Chips was outstanding - I really couldn't tell. My kids all had Fish and Chips and absolutely loved it. The staff told us about a deal they had for the kids - and the price was really good. Many thanks - that was lovely

I brought my friend who has a gluten intolerance to Birdhouse because the menu offered many gluten free options. However it's not explicit that the gluten free pancakes are actually waffles, of which are very small and a bit hard. My friend was really disappointed by this, we've been to many places which provide GF options and the waitress did not make it clear the pancakes ordered would actually be waffles. Not only that but my pancakes were very poor, they tasted heavily of baking powder and it wasn't a great experience overall. I think for spending £30 really it was all style but no substance. Not making it clear with your menu that the GF are an alternative choice is pretty poor. Disappointed as so many people had recommended yourselves but it fell short with both service and taste. The cafe was also very cold. I would say to people seek alternatives, there are so many options in Sheffield. Really disappointed.

Went for a lovely meal for my birthday with my family at the Sheffield Arena venue & there was 12 of us. I had the carbonara with extra chicken & it was amazing. Portion size was perfect as it filled me right up. Staff were amazing with the kids in the party making sure they had the colouring sheets on the back on their menus to do with plenty of crayons. Plenty to choose from on the main menu with gluten free options being available if needed. The kids menu has got quite a lot of choices & has both small eaters for younger children and big eaters for older children options. The kids meals include a drink, main course and dessert with the price on those being I think £6.50 for the small eaters and just over £8 for the big eaters so really good value. Main menu well priced too with the average spend being between £12 - £18 but it is really good quality. The staff were amazing with everyone in my group always making sure if we wanted more drinks or not. Will definitely be back for a future visit to try something else on this amazing menu. Our main waitress was called Jodie who is an absolute credit to the team & we left a nice tip for them as they deserved it for all their hard work

Fabulous food, friendly staff, and a lovely cosy atmosphere. Didn't realise it was Indian style tapas, which makes it a little pricey, but it was super tasty food. Mocktail was beautiful (and the only thing I managed to take a photo of, the food was so good). They have a gluten friendly menu, but they can't make any guarantee about cross contamination. It's a personal risk I choose to take, but overall, it is not suitable for coeliacs. They offer ice cream as a dessert. It was nice to have the option of a gluten-free waffle cone.

The food I had at The Chakra Lounge was good. I was impressed by the assurance that loaded fries are coeliac friendly, and the service staff were great at double checking with the kitchen. Only thing is not a lot of choice for coeliacs, hence the 4 stars not 5! Smoothie was 10/10

Good range of gluten free options. We had summer spring roles, lemongrass chicken rice bowl and lemongrass chicken gf noodles. Enjoyed the fresh herbs and aromatic flavours. Restaurant busy with nice atmosphere for a late Saturday lunch

After a few years coming back to Zizzi, it was worth it! The food was amazing, staff friendly and nice, atmosphere great. Waiting time was short. There are a few different options for anyone who is vegetarian, gluten-free, or with any allergies, which is great. I would definitely recommend this place and for sure I will come back!

Went there for Sunday roast. Great beer and even better food. I had an amazing pastrami seasoned brisket roast, my partner had the tomato, olive, capers ect. gluten free oat loaf. Both tasted exceptionally good.

Went for a met up lunch with my daughter .the service was excellent and staff was very friendly . I had a gluten free egg and bacon sandwich and hash brown it was delicious my daughter had the same but on normal bread . I will be coming back on our meet up I would recommend this little cafe.

We attended on a Monday night for a family meal with three children and four adults. Two of the party required strict gluten free food and our server Samanta was precise and careful with her menu advice. There was a lot of GF options and some possible mitigations. We enjoyed a range of high quality starters, mains and desserts and one of the Coeliac diners was blown away by the GF pale ale. All in all, a wonderful weeknight dining experience with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive and friendly service. We felt very well looked after and look forward to returning.

Service was great, very attentive & helped with gluten free option. We had colouring for the children, and staff took time to listen to us. Was thrilled with my visit here. We drove over an hour to this board game cafe because it was the only one I could find that had gluten free food options, and it was so worth it. This place is definitely a new favourite for me and my friends. The staff were all incredibly lovely and just so helpful, attentive and patient. 10/10 Lovely atmosphere and layout, it felt both cosy and spacious and is just a really well-done set up with nice lighting. There is a huge range of games to play and lots of options for beginners. There were also a great range of games for sale. The food and drinks were really great. My friend was blown away by the GF bagels and said they were amazing. All the food and drinks were so nicely made and presented and the service was really speedy as well. Would highly recommend a visit here!

Two young people who love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I very much enjoyed chatting with the owners and learning about the cuisine. It's all gluten free and the vegetarian options were amazing. My favourite was the homemade gulab jamun and chai. You can also take your pooch along too if you have one. What more do you need?

Really delicious food and set menu is good value for money especially with the 20% off offer! We had a coeliac guest and they catered really well for gluten free, we contacted them on social media and the recommended preordering for allergens via email to ensure no cross contamination. They were very well informed when we got there and made sure to inform us that the soy sauce was GF as well as the courses and what adaptations they had made to cater for allergens.
