Great food and friendly people - this is the first Venezuelan restaurant I've visited and it was great. Interestingly the food tends to be naturally gluten free and with a good range of vegetarian options.

Really surprised to see such a huge range of naturally gluten free dishes on the menu. There were also a huge amount of dishes that had a gluten free alternative available. Food was really tasty and very reasonably priced for the portion sizes too.
They service was really friendly and attentive.
Can't believe I didn't realise this existed for great gluten free food, will definitely be going again!

came in on a whim as our first choice was closed but this place was so good, super accommodating for dietary restrictions (Gluten Free) the guy behind the bar who took our order (monday 3rd july) was fantastic in explaining everything and recommending what was best for me to have and was super friendly, food came out quickly, was very nice and would definitely recommend the milkshakes! a great place for dinner but also doubles as a nice bar in the evenings

Great service and food. Good range of food for Coeliac's. My husband is a Coeliac and requires gluten free food. He suffered NO ill effects. We will definitely return when we visit Portsmouth again.

I was taken there for a coffee and a cake. To my delight, they had gluten free flapjack which was homemade and very yummy, not too sweet either. We sat outside where they had temporary pods and it was lovely and cozy.

A group of 4 of us visited Algarve’s Grill on a Saturday evening. It was very busy (make sure you reserve a table!).
We had 4 tapas dishes to share and then a main each. My friend had a fish dish with whole prawns which was a bit messy and no finger bowl. Not sure how you’re supposed to peel a whole prawn without getting your fingers messy.
Our waitress was able to tell me whether the item I wanted was gluten free, which it wasn’t, so then there was pressure to find something else quickly. I opted for the meat skewer which was okay. I wasn’t sure what sides I could have either so opted for salad and rice as the safe options. It would be so much better if items were marked as GF. It’s a bit annoying for the waitress to have to check with the kitchen, especially when they’re so busy.
