Wow! I was not expecting to find a fully-vegan and very allergy-friendly restaurant and bakery like this in Leadville. The entire menu is marked with common allergens (gluten, nuts, soy, etc). I was really impressed with all the gluten free options, plus they have a dedicated fryer if you ask. Everything was great, but the egg rolls stole the show!

Simply the best way to put some calories back in after a 14er!! It amazed me that they had a gluten free bun option and the fries were perfection!! I came in 2021 for Elbert, I’m a week away from Massive in 2023 and my mouth is already watering thinking of this place!!!!

Stellar restaurant, food is top shelf and the drink list is creative. Blackened Cod and Beet Salad for the win! Vegetarian and Gluten Free are labeled on the menu. Best Cooper Apres Ski food and drink!

We came here for dinner and breakfast. This is officially my favorite go-to place when I visit. For dinner I ordered the Steak and Cheese curds and I was immediately in heaven. I definitely cleaned the plate easily. For breakfast I had the omelette, has brown and gluten free toast. So simple but so delicious. It wasn’t so heavy making me feel like I was going in a food coma. We also enjoyed the Tumeric juice which was incredibly fresh. The vibe is wonderful and I loved the modern accent. This was the first restaurant where I ate in front of a real candle! The ambiance is truly special and didn’t feel like it broke the budget.

Nice place in Fairplay. Such a cool old area to visit. Lots of GF options here. We have a couple of celiacs in our family and this place did well. Tried some truffle fries for the appetizer, which I recommend. Split pea and sausage soup was really good. Pasta and pizza were done right, staff was good.

Excellent salsa (2 kinds!), warm tortilla chips, super tasty enchiladas suizas, and scrumptious flan. Wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten.

They have gluten free toast! Tasty food (burrito and classic breakfast with bacon). It does seem like half the staff are happy to be working and the other half a grumpy and would rather be somewhere else.

Very friendly wait staff and the food was very good. The Cuban Mix Sandwich is their specialty and was excellent. They also have gluten free bread!

I have to gluten-free for the last 7 years and haven't been to a Subway during this time. I was hungry and thought I'd request everything that's in a sub to be packed up so I could eat it and they accommodated me. So no bread. I did not have any problems. It's nice to know that I can go to Subway to grab something to eat that is gluten-free. I have a severe intolerance to gluten so I'm not celiac so I don't recommend going here if you are celiac. Could have cross-contamination FYI
