Stopped by and picked up a fresh blueberry scone, delicious!! It was so nice to be able to go inside a place and get something to eat and not have to worry about it. Lots of great items to choose from.
They have a gluten "friendly" menu (that phrasing always gets me, like friendly to the gluten or to me?) It states that they have a shared fryer, grill, and toaster. I ordered the Cubana sandwich with gluten free bread and asked them to use a tin foil liner in the toaster. It's 4 hours later and no ill effects. I'm glad 'cause that sammie was delicious after a hike with friends.
We had a great time and the server was amazing navigating allergies. Wine selection was great, and the recommended wine was excellent.
The only issue is that for being a scratch kitchen, it’s very difficult for them to provide any starch if you have both a gluten and egg allergy or dairy allergy as the dedicated fryer is contaminated with egg. So even though I ordered a steak, I could not have any type of potato, they could not offer the whipped potatoes because they had dairy in them, and they could not accommodate a baked potato, which I found frustrating.
Good selection of local taps. My wife is gluten free and their cocktails were really great. Best part is the huge outdoor open patio!!

Had a wonderful experience on Saturday evening on the patio. It has been a while since I've been back due to few gluten free options but they went above and beyond and made GF Chicken Marsala with GF pasta which was really great and very much appreciated. The service was excellent too! I'll be back again soon!
This place is AMAZING. The vibes the atmosphere, wonderful music everything here is immaculate, food made with love. Best sauces we have ever tasted. The Italian nachos amazing! I haven’t had a calzone in 14 years and this had the best gluten free crust I’ve ever tasted, and I finally got to have a calzone I cried happy tears it was so delicious. We can’t wait to come back, thank you roof top tavern for your amazing customer service. You guys go above and beyond here and you can see it in every aspect of your restaurant! Awesome...they do have gluten free options...not sure if true Celiac level safe...will find out next time though.

It was crazy busy on a concert night at Red Rocks. I think the kitchen ran out of cheese but my hangover burger was still delicious and huge. And served without a bun so there was no wasted gluten. Onion rings are the best I've had in a long time.
