You know the type of cafe/ restaurant that only exists in the movies? It has the kind and warm owner, unique regulars, and unbelievably delicious food tucked into a small cafe in a charming small town? That’s whistle stop cafe. Everything about my experience was charming, memorable, and DELICIOUS. Whistle stop has tons of options for everyone, including me (a vegan) and my aunt (gluten free). Not only do they have vegan and gluten free options, but the owner has made sure they take both vegan and gluten free seriously. She does everything in her power to limit cross contamination and is transparent about everything. AND she makes sure the vegan and/ or gluten free options are delicious. I had one of the best tofu scrambles I’ve ever had and don’t even get me started on the potatoes! You haven’t had potatoes until you’ve had them at whistle stop. Overall, whistle stop is a must and every person who drives through town should stop and experience it.
Oh!! To my fellow vegans- Get the vegan hot chocolate!

I usually get a gluten free sausage or gluten free grilled chicken pizza to go. They are always safe there when it comes to allergies. Hands down best gluten free pizza i've had. Staff is always friendly and nice. They carry foxon soda which is my favorite. I've had family and friends get gluten pizza and they've always loved the quality!

Love coming here, my gf is has allergies to gluten, soy and dairy and they're always accommodating. Usually quiet when we come here too. Very nice for a date night.
Good coffee, delicious baked goods ( grateful for the gluten free cookies) and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A great addition to the tri town area.
