I'm from TeXas, and am used to "TeX-meX". Empanada’s Factory opened up a whole new world of delicious Latin cuisine. The "Lomo Saltado" is to die—big cuts of steak served with seasoned veggies and fries on a huge bed of rice. Their Chaufan is delish, and a tasty vegan/gluten free option (white rice and veggies.)
I've had their tacos–yum–when feeling homesick, and if you want a huge, "one-of-the-best" burgers ever, forget Five Guys, etc., go to Empanada’s. I actually met Chef Esbin—cleanliness and delicious food are his passion. The entire staff is gorg, great vibe, inviting ... Yum, if you haven't been, go—Jax is pretty lucky to have a restaurant like this—oh yeah, and the Empanadas are Uh-mazing! Door Dash, Über Eats, everything ...

The staff is extremely well trained in gluten and cross-contamination. They go the extra mile to clear a space while preparing your food. They will even breakdown the ingredients. They have 2 different gluten free breads. The best part is the gluten free brownies at the front counter. The chicken salad and potato salad are hugs.

This place was amazing. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing (besides the corn which just was not very sweet - otherwise no food complaints). They don't limit you on toppings like some other places do. The serving size was perfect and you could ask for as much of a free topping as you wanted. The staff was friendly. On the website, they even say what gluten free sauces there are, that was very helpful for us.
