Spectacular experience in Amazonia. It is a fusion restaurant of Nikkei and Peruvian food. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the music is enough to ask for the playlist, soft chill that allows you to chat. The divine cocktails. I tried a Japanese Martini, my daughter had the Wairu mocktail 👌🏼 We tried some delicious dishes like Agudapo sushi roll which is also gluten free. Orange shrimp 🍤 are crispy shrimp in an orange sauce and Wagyu Volcano with an explosion of flavor, and a pasta that forgets its name with huancaina sauce and seafood. Not to mention the desserts, we delighted in the Chocolate Texture which is like a chocolate marquise, ganache and all chocolate ice cream, we also tried the Toban Yaki deli mango sorbet, almond crumble and fruits. This place is worth repeating many times. It's among my 3 favorites ❤️
