Ate here for lunch today. The staff was fast and the food fantastic. They slice the meat as it is ordered. My wife has a gluten allergy. They made her sandwich on a gluten free hoagie roll and made sure it didn't come in contact with any of the surfaces the gluten rolls do. Great job. Highly recommend Mike's for a good sandwich.
We went for my birthday.. it was the worst dining experience of my life.. everything was bad.. hostess.. waitress.. cooks.. had to send burgers back for the first time. Th toppings were miniscule.. and thr meat was so hard and overcooked that it was inedible.. thry did take it off the bill. Waitress brought things that weren't asked for and things that were we had to keep asking for.. no knowledge of the menu..when asked to see nutritional/ allergian book was told they lost it. I asked about gluten free options and she just kept pushing the gluten free hamburger bun.. finally wrote down a couple items and told me tableside. Which actually were not gluten free... Nothing that was posted on the website was true. The hostess reprimanded the waitress in front of guests.. big no no.. the bathroom was soaking wet everywhere and smelled like raw sewage.. the cook was smoking outside in his apron.. my family and I will not return.. dont waste your time or money.. if I could give fewer stars, I would
Amazing 👏 we have a gluten allergy, and they made sure to change gloves. The glute free option included a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun, and the fries are always gluten-free.
