I did take-out, so I am not rating service or atmosphere. I am gluten-free and the slightest amount of cross-contamination gives me hives. I had no negative reaction from their gluten-free free crust. My only issue was that they put too much sauce on the pizza. I bought it about a month ago and my wife just told me today that it is time for another one.
Nicely made pizzas, ingredients are fresh, plentiful and baked just right. We get the gluten free with sausage and spinach and also rustic crust with sausage and pepperoni.
If you enjoy a nice laid back breakfast and want to get away from the big chain DONT PASS the Nook. If you like grits get urself 2 bowls cause its like Grandma Tennessee use to make. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a very late breakfast (1:45). The service, and the food was great!
It was last Friday, during lent. They have a wide selection of food!! We will definitely be going back.
FYI, they are a breakfast/lunch restaurant, and close at 3:00pm.
PS, I was able to order gluten-free pancakes🥞😊
We've been there multiple times and every time we love it as well as everyone that we bring! We have a couple food allergies (dairy/gluten) that we need to navigate, and each time the chef comes out and talks to us to make sure everything is good to go. Oh, and highly recommend the Quesabirria Torta and the Carne Asada!
We order from the Mokena location regularly, great pizza and gluten free pizza! The owner is always friendly - always look forward to pizza night from here!
