Sause has MSG it's listed on the label. Why they promote other rubs and such as being MSG/gluten free when the saude has it is beyond me - I'll have to skip.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with fresh fish and a crowd-pleasing menu at this affordable spot that locals love to recommend.

Delicious food, fresh fish, friendly staff, and reasonably priced! As a celiac, they also offer a good gluten free menu. I have been dining here for years and have introduced many friends and family to Friends Sushi. Highly recommend!
Favorites: Rainbow roll, Yellowtail nigiri, Daikon roll, Edamame
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with great cocktails and an impressive wine selection, perfect for brunch or a fun night out.

Absolutely the worst "italian" ever. Went for my daughter's birthday, had reservations for 7. We got there the place was empty, should have been the first sign to leave, the staff were all on their phones, and not an italian to be seen. The cast iron the lasagna was served on smelled like dish soap and the lasagna itself tasted like fish. The gluten free was salty and overcooked. The carbonara was undercooked and the sauce was bland. The only thing that was remotely decent was the 6 hour sauce pasta, which was really just a basic speghetti and meatballs in a wheat thickened sauce (grandma would roll in her grave at that cheap attempt at a good sauce). We only saw the staff a few times and the never failed to put an elbow in somones face. To call it the McDonald's of Italian would be an insult to McDonald's. Save your money and eat anywhere else.
Crispy crusts and top-notch toppings steal the show here, with a standout selection of tasty wings to boot.

Artegos is a great pizza spot in KC! The restaurant itself is great - full of great art and good service. Tonight I tried the gluten free (GF) pizza since my GF boyfriend was in town. He said he was really good for being GF. It’s pretty small though so if you have a big appetite, keep this in mind! Their original crust is amazing! No pics of that in this review but if you can eat gluten - get that original crust for sure! Artegos wings are also outstanding. Crispy and flavorful! Would always recommend a visit to Artegos if you’re looking for awesome pizza!

Absolutely one of the best Asian restaurants I've ever been to. Excellent full menu with apps, cocktails, rice dishes, noodles, soup, wine, you name it. Also, a uniquely wonderful Mongolian style BBQ that is full of interesting sauces and fresh ingredients to create your own custom bowl of goodness. Easy to eat vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free which is a rarity

The only time I went to TikiTaco on 39th Street was on July 16, 2022. The vibe at the place is meant to be a chill and laid back Mexican street food joint dishing out the California take on Mexican food, also known as Mexicali-style food. With an upbeat atmosphere, TikiTaco unites their customers together with quality food at its neighborhood taco joint. The storefront at TikiTaco features a walk- up window for takeout orders or when customers want to sit on the patio outside.
The concept for the menu at TikiTaco is quite unique with options for tacos, burritos, bowls, desserts, and other Mexican dishes along with alcoholic beverages served blended or or thin. Some of the menu items at TikiTaco are also inspired by Polynesian cultures of food too. In case customers want to follow dietary or health-related plans, TikiTaco features vegetarian and gluten free menu items. The thing I ordered at TikiTaco was the Thai Chili Pork burrito and I had it with a drink of Horchata. My food at TikiTaco tasted really good, and I would visit again for more of their interesting dishes features on their menu.
Indulge in a massive, flavorful feast with delicious options that'll leave you satisfied and coming back for more.

We decided to go to Jazz: A Louisiana Kitchen for dinner again. I ordered the blackened catfish with veggies and rice. I made the mistake of not requesting the 1/2 order. The full order is huge but delicious. And it was naturally gluten-free.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City! They have a number of vegetarian and gluten free options, and their food is outstanding. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing (love their rooftop seating), and the staff is the best! They even remade my order for free when I forgot to ask for it without cheese (dairy allergy). 10/10 recommended this place!

This place has been open forever and is a solid 4 star eatery! They have great weekly specials too! You'll never go wrong here. Oh! They even have a house made Keto and Gluten free bun for burgers and such that is actually really good! Open late too!
Amazing dining experience at Room 39 with my peers from the fashion show! Delicious food, cooked to perfection. Excellent variations offered for our gluten-free vegetarian friend. Service was terrific. We had a large party and our glasses were never left empty.

Went here for a couples date night and walked away very impressed. The moment you walk in you’re met with an antique style with tons of fun decor, old pieces, and paintings on the wall. The space is small so reservations are important. But the small space makes it feel unique, cozy, and intimate.
Our waitress answered all of our questions, along with providing details of each of the meals we were considering. The wait staff were attentive without being overbearing.
The food was top notch. Our table ordered the grilled shrimp pappardelle, garden burger with no bun, Cobb salad with steak, and rack of lamb. For guests with gluten allergies, the burger with no bun was still delicious. However, the fries are cooked in oil that is used with gluten items as well. The rack of lamb was tender and perfectly cooked with the right amount of seasoning that didn’t overwhelm the savory flavor. The shrimp were well-sized and delicious. Lastly, the salad with steak was great too.
We plan to be back soon to try many other menu items!

Very, Very good Mediterranean food. I ordered several platters of food to go and some baba ghanoush. I meant to take photos of it when I got home but we ate it so quickly because it was so good. The spices were epic on the rice and meats and everything was made fresh and at time of order. Also worth mentioning, is that it was an easy to work around menu for gluten free folks even without a specific indicator of what was gf. Bonus, the host had a killer Cat Stevens and Van Morrison playlist boppin'.

This place is perfect for me and hubby, since we have different tastes in food. All of the menus had at least a couple of gluten-free options listed. Servers were super attentive and friendly, prices reasonable. We loved it, and we will be back!

Is the pizza awesome? Yes.
Is the staff usually stoned? Also yes.
Is that a problem?
Listen. I'm old enough to know that the professional-level pizza artist needs to be loose. They need to be chill.
Pizza can feel when you're stressed (it's the gluten-molecules in the crust). So it's actually beneficial for a pizza artist to dab up before a shift.
This spot is a hidden gem with an amazing variety of dishes to explore, perfect for everyone, including those who love vegetarian choices.

I come here often and have never been disappointed. I have been working my way through the menu, and tonight tried the seafood kabob which was absolutely delightful. They have a lot of vegetarian options and a number of gluten friendly/naturally gluten free options. I absolutely recommend Aladdin Cafe!
I made an error and put my order in at the wrong Chipotle! I was so upset and they were closing! Emmanuella and the manager Chris were so sweet she went right in and made my food because I couldn't find on their website how I could even call corporate! Thank you so much to the chipolte team! I have celiac disease and all the stores and restaurants were closed, so I literally wouldn't have ate! Ty so much!!!!! Bless these ppl in such a hard time!!!!
