On 12/16/23, we went back with our daughter's family for a holiday, all gluten-free dinner for someone with an allergy. The decorations were all up, and the restaurant looked fabulous. Our waitress Electra took good care of us all night, and we ordered drinks and shared the gluten-free crabcake and calamari in addition to wedge salads. All were delicious. For dinner, we got four different gluten-free entrees: NY strip, Filet Mignon, Duroc Pirk Chop, and the Rack of Lamb. Everyone enjoyed their dinner, and there were no allergic reactions. Excellent! Dessert was a rich chocolate flour lesson cake and Cappucinos. Overall the service and atmosphere were excellent and we will definitely dine there again. On 11/2/23 We dined at SFR for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice old farm house with add-on offered many interesting places to sit. We opted for low seating in the bar area where we could see the piano player. Nice wine selection by the glass. Soon after being seated, hot rolls and butter were served. For an appetizer, we tried the Steak Bites, which we cooked perfectly, and came with a tasty horseradish sauce. For dinner, we both ordered seafood, my wife the scallops, and I got the Mariscada, clams, callimari, and shrimp on pasta with a lighter pesto sauce. Next time, I would ask for some garlic to be added to the Mariscada. My wife said the scallops were perfect. For dessert, we opted for the pumpkin cheesecake and Cappucinos. All we delicious. Overall, we were very pleased and will plan to visit again soon.

Rods is a great spot for casual coastal dining. The food is consistently tasty, and they offer a reasonable menu of gluten-free free options for those with diet restrictions that don't leave you stuck with a basic salad or plain chicken (something not many places offer). It may not have the most eclectic menu, but there is certainly something for everyone (even kids!). The atmosphere is great for a casual date night or dinner with your family. Stop by on the weekends during warm weather to enjoy the heated deck with a delicious beverage. Overall, it's our go-to for dinner with the inlaws or a night out when I can't convince myself to cook or clean dishes .. my husband never turns down a night at Rods, ladies. 😉

Staff in Sea Girt location are on point. Went with niece who has gluten allergy. They were quick to take all precautions to ensure that her meal was made correctly. Will definitely return!

Wish they had more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options but food was clean, fresh, and tasty. The staff is knowledgeable and confident about the food they serve which is reassuring. Believe it or not, not all owners, staff, managers of certain other food establishments are and Fresh IS, which should be acknowledged and appreciated. Their plant wall is really cool and festive wreaths are intriguing decor.

Everyone here was so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our daughter's gluten allergy was handled. The food was phenomenal, and our chef, Mike, was the absolute best! Funny, very entertaining, and kind.

I come here once a week for dinner! Great food, kind staff and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are educated on gluten-free and are incredibly safe with cross-contamination. The food is reasonably priced!

Have been going to Fins for the past 4 years. Very good food at a reasonable price. They have gluten free options available on their menu. If you go I would recommend you get the tacos typical.

Great place for ribs! If anyone in your group is gluten free, this is a great choice. I have Celiac Disease and have eaten here over a dozen times! The ribs are moist, have great flavor and the service and serving staff are top notch! There are lots of sides that are yummy, also GF sides. 5 stars!

A great first dining experience tonight at Little Dom's! Sat outside with our wine....and we love a good BYOB! We were blown away by the variety of options on the menu and the suggestions that Casie, our server, shared. She's proud of her family's new endeavor and she should be. Loved her personality, professionalism and devotion to her Dad's culinary history and talent. We both had the Tyler pasta dish with peas and prosciutto in a cream sauce....my husband enjoyed scallops with his and I opted for chicken. Mine was GF penne (celiac disease), his was the real thing....rigatoni. Both were delicious and sized for another meal at home. (Note: Many dishes are named after the grandchildren). We also ordered a small cauliflower GF pizza with hot honey, peppadews and red pepper, primarily to take home, but we couldn't help ourselves and got in to it before the pasta arrived. Amazing. And we brought home a slice of ricotta cheesecake. It rivals the best of the best I have had. Very picky about my cheesecake and this was perfection to me. Not the horrible, lemony and super creamy cheesecake most places serve that is so artificial. This is the real deal...moist, crumbly, not too sweet: Heaven on a plate. My husband didn't stand a chance when I got in to it. It's so great to have a new restaurant with a great vibe in the area. We look forward to dining inside during the winter months now that we finally made our way from Brielle to check out all of the good things we were hearing about Dom's. Parking on the side and plenty on the street. Great location.
