Nicolinos is the only Italian restaurant in Amsterdam and the Albany Saratoga region that I can get Gluten free chicken sorrentino and other Gluten free dishes made w gluten free bread crumbs. I can not tell their GF dishes are Gluten free! They taste like the real deal! I just wish they would make GF bread too since they have the best baked bread! We ate lunch there today and Amanda our server was so friendly, accommodating and efficient! It was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time!

We ordered gluten-free mushrooms and sausage pizza, sautéed beans, and sausage and chicken wings with a house salad. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We also enjoyed a great Aperol spritz. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We couldn't finish our meal, so we took the pizza home.
