So not only does this place have amazing food and a ton of gluten free/vegetarian options but there service is incredible! That's all you really need to know but if you want a real story, buckle up...
Last month I had planned a twenty person suprise birthday party for my brother. We were not able to have a 30th party for him due to covid, so we planned to make his 31st extra special. The venue (that we all love and still do!) called me 3 hours before the party was supposed to start to tell me they had a Covid outbreak ...and needed to cancel to keep us all safe and healthy. We of course wouldn't be charged for the party being canceled but how were we going to host 20 people with less than 3 hours notice AND keep the change of plans a suprise? Alhough I appreciate the restaurants actions it did leave me in an insane time crunch.
Mesa Grande was my immediate thought for delicious, allergy friendly food, that everyone loves and they cater! Miraculously the team member who took my panicked phone call walked me through what to order and then contacted her manager to confirm the details. They made it happen! I ordered hard and soft shell tacos, chips with queso, guacamole, salad, and black beans.
The Mesa Grande staff were able to get all the food made and loaded into my car in just 2.5 hours! This gave me enough time to grab party supplies, booze, dessert, and get to my moms house to set up before guests and the birthday boy arrived.
The party was a huge success 🙌 My brother was shocked! The guests were well fed and happy. Mesa Grande saved the day. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.
In a time of social disconnection, difficulty, and hardship, Mesa Grande was instrumental in safetly bringing my family together.

This place is super cute and my gluten free pancake was lovely. They had some great looking bulk baking items and lots of cute kitchen things.
However, to-go order was painfully slow. Conceal carry sign wasn't great vibes.
We had a very nice meal here the other night. I loved the shrimp francese with gluten free pasta. My husband enjoyed the cavatelli with sausage. My brother-in-law said the lasagna was very good. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Our server was attentive. Their dessert selection was lacking. We will dine here again!
Fantastic! This was our first visit since COVID-19, and won't be our last. We went with our daughter and granddaughter, and had a wonderful meal. Danny was a great server and made sure we were taken care of. My halibut special was delicious, my wife's tenderloin perfect and our daughter's scallops spot on. My meal was huge, but I still managed to find room for dessert, as did the others. I had a stomach ache at the end, but it was a good ache. Our granddaughter loved sampling our dinners. At least I think she did based on her repeated reaching for more. Kudos to them for also being attentive to our daughter's celiac needs. We'll be back soon.

This is one of the best places in Upstate New York to get a delicious meal that is celiac safe. We had the fish fry, chicken sandwich and burger as well as chicken tenders and fried pickles. There are not many places in this part of the state that take celiac seriously and so to find a restaurant with a clearly marked menu is amazing. The restaurant is so quaint and the service is outstanding!
A go-to local spot with a focus on clean, organic eats and a commitment to supporting the community through the Auburn Public Theater.

My go-to neighborhood cafe; good food especially for folks seeking vegetarian and/or gluten free options in a town with few options for clean, local, and organic foods. Friendly staff. Convenient online ordering is a huge plus too. It's also fantastic that they're a not for profit that supports Auburn Public Theater.
Nathan was so excited for his first subway sub he is allergy to gluten. The staff was awesome answered all of questions and super careful about making sure no gluten got near his food this made Nathan's day!!!!

They are not only friendly there but they also have awesome sub and a ton of options. They also have a gluten free area and are very careful about making it.
Both my daughter and wife have gluten and dairy allergies. Lascas has cooked several amazing meals for them. They have had chicken piccatta and more recently the delmonico steak. Being able to eat high quality food and not having to worry about cross contamination has been a god send.
I ate the king cut prime rib and it was fantastic.
Highly recommended, high quality food, and allergen friendly. All of that and the wait staff are fantastic too. As busy as they were, Meghan our server, treated us as if we were her only table. She took time to make sure the order was right and entertained my daughter.
Can't say enough good things about Lascas. Thank you for a great night and meal!
