Visiting the area & ordered a gluten free pizza as part of a larger take out order. When I looked in the box, it did not look like any gluten-free pizza I had ordered before, anywhere. I have celiac disease so I am very skeptical of mistakes and cross-contamination. I called Alfie‘s and spoke to the owner I believe. He explained how they make their deep dish gluten-free dough from scratch. Was it ever delicious! I can’t wait to visit the area again and stop in for another!
