As someone with celiac/a strict gluten free diet, I appreciate every Tortilleria Garcia location! House made soft corn tortillas and chips from a separate fryer are game changing. We had two pizzas and I thought that the Veggies Unite was soooo good! I’m not strictly vegetarian, but these veggies were so good that I’ll be hard pressed to order anything else next time I visit. My mom had the gluten free crust and she really liked hers too.
