My husband and I are living in Portland temporarily for his job. When we had family visit we found this place which was able to accommodate all diets (gluten free, vegetarian, etc) and be absolutely delicious. Ever since then this is my husband and i’s go to spot for breakfast/brunch. They also have the best homemade raspberry jam you can buy and amazing biscuits.
Unanticipated sneaky hot cocktail sauce and an oyster shooter that'll make you sit up, in an extra-friendly joint open only Thursday-Sunday.

Delicious fish and chips, served piping hot. I don’t usually go for this meal, but my husband talked me into it and I am glad he did. Excellent gluten-free batter!

This place is amazing! The people who run it are very sweet and it has the unassuming feel of someone cooking their family recipes. The food is incredible and there are a ton of options, especially if you're gluten free, dairy free, meat free, or a combination. Our dishes were fragrant and wholesome and we loved the connected experience of eating with hands (and injera bread). Some dishes are spicy but it's good to note that not everything is, as Ethiopian food can be pretty spicy. If you don't want that there's a lot to choose from, and if you do, make sure to let them know and add some side sauces. This place is a gem, 100% recommend.
The food is yummy and the owners care. My favorite item was removed from the menu over a year ago and yet, the owners still make it for me when they are in-house! I appreciate the extra effort for a longtime customer :) I think the price of the gluten free granola for a half size should be less than the full size, but otherwise, the mostly organic menu seems reasonably priced.

Really delicious filipino food cart with a Portlandy spin! I tried their veggie sisig and it was delicious. It included local Ota tofu which made me happy. Parking was easy to find along the streets. They had gluten free and vegetarian options too.
Step into a nostalgic vibe with a unique twist, where comfort food meets vegan creativity for a truly satisfying experience.

I'm a glutton for comfort foods and that happens to be what Chubby Bunny specializes in, vegan style! CB is sorta like an old reliable lover that transports me back to my teenage years of yearning veganism, crying to punk songs in my childhood bedroom, and the utter feelings of relief that accompany fat, salt, protein, and synthetic egg. The gluten free buns do not degrade quality and the various ad hoc items are rarely my first choice of preference, but when I want a breakfast sandwich sans animal, this is the jam.
Absolutely delish! Loved pork belly and carnitas! Even better that they had half portions and gluten free options. Already looking forward to going back.
A lovely gem in Portland that whisks you away with its authentic flavors and generous portions, perfect for a cozy dining experience.

The restaurant is a nice little gem of Portland. Delicious food with good sized portions. I had the Emince Zurichoise, with rösti, and a starter of Swiss Barley soup. I also had the profiterole with ice cream and chocolate sauce. As someone who lived in Switzerland previously, this brings me back with how good is everything.
The friendly service staff are always attentive with refilling water glasses, taking finished dishes away, and any other requests. My partner is gluten intolerant and they were ready with letting us know about which menu items had gluten. Overall, lovely little place and a gem of Portland.
