Good Vibes. Good Pizza. The line for pizza gets backed up really quick though. I've had regular and gluten free crust both are good. Craft beer is good
A delightful downtown gem with a spacious vibe, delicious offerings, and reasonable prices that keeps locals coming back for more.

Visiting family in Belton and my husband and I are huge Thai lovers. We were very happy to find this gem in downtown and the food was delicious, prices reasonable and the service was excellent. They have excellent gluten free options as well. The location is easy to find and they have a spacious dining area.
The most disgusting pizza I've ever had - the dough was RAW!
Couldn't substitute for gluten-free on small pizzas. Somehow the cook couldn't substitute the sauce, which I'm allergic to, and simply put NO SAUCE --
yeah, that's right, a DRY PIZZA on RAW DOUGH! Even though it was an inexpensive pizza, I still think I overpaid!
The wait-staff was wonderful, but the kitchen not-so-much. Will not be returning.
With riverside seating and plenty of options, this spot offers a tasty experience that keeps everyone happy.

The Gin is a great place to eat! My wife has Celiac disease and can't have any gluten. They have LOTS of fried options that are gluten free, they warn you that there may be cross contamination but my wife has never had an issue. The steak is really good and the cheesecake is alone worth going for
This spot is a cherished go-to for flavorful dishes made from scratch, with a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this restaurant since we happened upon it on our first date. We both live 45 minutes away and will actually drive here because we crave the shawarma and hummus here! The owner is so gracious and talented, the food (and we have tried most of the menu at this point) is always amazing, and the servers are very accommodating and kind. They have gluten free and veggie options and will customize their menu offerings for you since everything is made to order from scratch! We will keep going to Mosaic whenever we are in Belton, and are even considering them to cater our wedding we love them so much!
A cozy breakfast spot known for its amazing waffles and a buzzing atmosphere, perfect for a memorable meal with friends or family!

This is our favorite place in Belton because my daughter loves the gluten free waffle and “flower child” cold brew. Please add coconut milk as an option!

I just found this place today and I am so happy I did! I am recently gluten and dairy free and this was the first time I was able to have cheesy fries and cheese on my burger in forever. It was delicious, and gone within 10 minutes. Totally recommend the harvest burger bowl and truffle fries 🤤
in there a couple of times the service is great they get really crowded so sometimes it's pretty slow but everybody there is really nice. My wife and son really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza that got there with pepperoni on it. My son said it was the besi gluten free pizza you ever had
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had the Blah Blah Blah and Sha tacos and they were heavenly! I have Celiac, and found out the manager has a gluten allergy so the staff was fully prepared to handle my food properly. I will certainly be returning.
This place has awesome food options. I’m a fan of their food truck and their brick and mortar is even better. So many healthy options as well as fun foods. Easy to eat vegan, keto, whole30, gluten free! I got the breakfast tacos with roasted veggies and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so glad you’re in belton! We will be back (a lot!)
Cozy spot with a warm vibe, serving up mouthwatering crepes and French press coffee, perfect for casual hangouts with friends.

As someone who is unable to eat delicious, yummy, gluten-laden food, my food choices are typically sad and depressing. BUT THIS PLACE?!? O…..M…..G!!! The gluten-free crepe tastes like REAL FOOD!! It’s happy, yummy, and delicious! If you’ve ever had any type of GF bread-like replacement, it’s dry, crumbly, and has odd textures. But Early Light GF crepes….OFF THE CHARTS DELICIOUS!! I ate one while there and then bought two more to take home. Next time I go, I’m buying just the crepe just so I can eat it plain and enjoy its flavor and texture. Crispy edges were a bonus!!! If you are GF by force and miss eating real food, go try ELC’s menu! I plan to go at least once a month to treat myself and buy a while’s day worth of crepes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!
