Tiny vegan restaurant in Third Ward. Extensive and varied food menu, including a variety of smoothies and juices. The sandwiches are fantastic, particularly the portobello one, and we also love the Notyo salad, cauliflower nuggets and nori rolls. Any sandwich can be gluten free, a wrap, or wrapped in a bright green collard leaf.
Everything here is vegan with a clearly marked menu, ensuring a delicious experience without any guesswork—like mind-blowing fried potatoes!

Omg, the food! We are talking, shut your mouth, slap your pappy good. Everything is vegan, no guessing what you can or cannot eat. Menu is clearly marked for gluten and soy free items.
Despite a mix-up with the menu, the management's sincere response and respect for concerns shine through, making it a promising spot.

Unfortunately this restaurant served gluten containing items listed on their “gluten free” menu. My girlfriend has a severe gluten allergy and if we had not caught the mistake consequences would have been much worse. However the response from the management following the incident was very sincere and respectful and I’m sure their food is fantastic otherwise.
Came for brunch! Shrimp and grits are gluten-free (request no sausage). The live music was was stellar. Some of the grooviest jazz musicians in town. Most def has an excellent vibe.
Hands down fadi's is my favorite mediterranean food place in houston - and i am Lebanese so you know i am picky and need authentic food!
I love the diversity in options and that any person with any diet can find food here.
However, it makes my heart a little sad when I don't see the authentic Lebanese entrees being displayed but only on the menu - i think a sample dish would help make sure the restaurant is really out there sharing what authentic Lebanese food is.
I also LOVE that every dish or side says if it is gluten free, dairy free, or nut free. This is what every restaurant needs to start doing!
This location is a cool concept and it is nice that they validate your parking ticket and you don't have to pay for parking.
However, there is a lot of trash generated since all the plates are paper plates, the cups and cutlery are plastic, and there is no recycling in place. I did ask and they said that they are working on implementing a recycle program soon so i look forward to that!
As every other fadi's location the restaurant i spotless and the service is impeccable! They also give you free tea which is a must have part of the fadi's experience - i LOVE it - black tea with cinnamon and fresh mint leaves! One comment here is please don't include the wooden or plastic stirrers in every tea cup - a lot of people, including me, don't add any sugar to their tea and these stirrers are not being used and just resulting in extra waste.
