Always love ordering from mod in person only as I like my pizza with the toppings I choose and ordering online doesn’t get me the results I want. What I don’t like is the phrase “is that all?” as it sounds like I’m asking for too much! I always order gluten free pizza and it’s rather dry without a little extra sauce and veggies. Please stop training your staff to use those words-especially when they are busy as it comes across VERY negative to the customer-me!

We are so grateful we chose Cascadia Pizza for our June 2024 wedding. They made the day seamless and accommodated our Gluten Free requests (for both the bride & a handful of guests). Additionally, our charcuterie board was stunning – highly recommend adding this to your wedding. Our guests raved about how beautiful and delicious it was! Cannot recommend them enough!

Servers were super attentive and helpful with our large group, including tired kids. They were able to seat our large group right away and got us drinks fast. They have a gluten free menu online for easy reference and the servers were able to accommodate and help us with a few allergies when ordering.
Food came fast and was exactly what we expected.
Expect a team that goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right, even when orders get tricky—your meal is in good hands.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt I had to today. I completely screwed up when ordering on the app today for delivery. It was not saving for some reason so I had to re-input my order a few times. I forgot to change it to a sub in a tub or to gluten free bread but remembered to add a note that I have celiac disease.
To my surprise the staff added a note to the bag saying it was gluten free and made it with gluten free bread. I truly appreciate you taking the extra steps fixing my mistake.
Eating out with celiac disease is hard and frustrating. I rarely feel safe eating out. I know you guys in Maple Valley take extra steps to make sure my food is safe. I try to order at non-peak hours to help minimize the hassle. I know it’s a pain and some employees may not understand how important the extra steps you take are. Thank you for saving my lunch today and for all that you do. Again, I truly appreciate you guys.
Good diner food close to the freeway, gluten free options available, fresh veggies. Would recommend if you're looking for something to eat when you're on the road.
Taco Time has a great menu that caters to Vegans as well people with gluten allergies. The food is quality and the service is good. They could really use a better free salsa, but their mild and medium paid salsas are fantastic. My kids love the kids meals and the games or toys are cool. Highly recommended

Small plates are so good! Service is slow. Employees spend more time chatting with each other than with customers. Cheese plate with fresh goat cheese was excellent. Good selection of gluten free items. Pricey but yummy.

Ristrettos is a community staple and for good reason. Their coffee & breakfast burritos are top notch (I suggest the gravy train burrito - YUM!) and their Gluten-Free pastries are delicious! Ristrettos is my go to spot for happy hour & dinner. They do an amazing job with their food and I have never had anything that I didn't like. Their newer menu items are a great addition and I love their rotating seasonal cocktails. Also the only place in the area with a great patio area!
First time eating there - I was very impressed. Great menu selection, clean, and courteous staff. Portion sizes were generous and the food was awesome. I am gluten & egg free so eat Mexican frequently. This is a restaurant I will be returning to!
