I’m fairly new to my gluten allergy (among many others) but it is severe. The team working last Sunday evening was outstanding— not only do they offer the Udi’s GF crust, but they change gloves and do a thorough hand washing between all steps; sanitize a separate prep area, and use separate ingredients for placement on a GF, Celiac, or other allergy prep pizza, then wrap it in this area before they move on to something else. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and what is needed to prevent cross-contamination and possible exposure to the allergen, as well as the possible consequences to those of us who have been dealt this awful card. Went for a graduation party. They had a lot of food & accommodated my wife's gluten-free needs by cooking her something separate from the buffet of food for the party. Great staff!

At the end of a long day, this place is just what the doctor ordered. Spectacular burger that WASN'T overcooked like all the chains do. I had the "Route 66" with green chiles. Loved it. If you want cooked till its dry burgers and air cooked , low fat, gluten free, non-gmo , blah blah blah, don't come here. I don't want you to ruin this for the rest of us! Great trucking and beer, what else could you ask for!

Such amazing people. The daily specials are amazing and the owner is willing to accommodate gluten and vegan options. All of the food is hand made-nothing is frozen and the ingredients are purchased from local grocery stores. This small business gives back to the community by shopping local, and the owner is also a local pastor. How awesome is that!!
