Very tasty food and so many gluten-free options! Was emphatically informed that everything on the menu was halal (went there because several reviews mentioned this too) but it would have been reassuring to see it advertised somewhere too. Service was friendly and caring, though information about allergens and portion sizes was a little confusing at times ("all the dishes are tapas-portions so we recommend getting a mix" vs "that dish is a main so you don't need other dishes"). The atmosphere was generally pretty good for a Saturday night i.e. lively chatter and the music wasn't too loud, though it was very smoky at first but that cleared up soon after.

Although they don’t advertise gluten free, most of their menu is naturally gluten free. They are amazing when it come to cross contamination, and they do have gluten free crackers available for one of their sides.

Called in to before seeing David Hockney exhibition. Fitted my friend and I in. Such pleasant service from.all staff. Food was delish. Met my needs for Gluten free. Deffo.be coming back when visiting Manchester again. Lovely find.

Avoid if gluten free. I went before Xmas and had no issues, lots of choice. Went again on Valentines Day and they’re now ‘unable to make alterations’ to dishes, meaning they can’t be adapted to be gluten free. Unless you want some overpriced fish I’d stay clear. The waiter was really sweet about it and empathetic, just a shame management make decisions like this that impact the experience of those of us with dietary requirements.

Lots of variety although more southern European than particularly Greek. Misleading indications of Gluten Free - needed to ask for allergens list and even then it took a conversation with the patient waitress to find something GF. No Gluten Free bread. Rice is only available mixed with pasta so not GF. No separate fryer for chips so not GF. So had to eat Patatas Bravas / Espinicas.

Off The Wheaten Track

Visited recently with family. We had been for a very long time and the food and service was as good as I remember. Authentic Spanish food and great value. They also understand allergens too, which is great for my coeliac husband.

Although the food was good the service left a lot to be desired. Two of my party have food allergies and when we asked what food met our needs we were met with disdain from the waiter who clearly was not interested. I had to ask three times for him to check with the chef because I didn’t want to guess what items on their menu were gluten and milk free. Would not recommend if you have an allergy because they really do not take this seriously. Very disappointing attitude.

Although it’s not a dedicated gluten free facility there are a lot of gluten free options and the staff are very careful with cross contamination. Great little restaurant for Spanish tapas & they have a great selection of wines too.
