Hello all my celiac and gluten free friends. Today I tried garbanzo in Ankeney iowa . I called ahead of time and they seem very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free. When I went they gentleman asked if I have celiac disease I said yes and he told me everything is gluten free except some of the items. I wanted to try the gf pita for next time . I don't often write review, but Gyro hut deserves one! They are fantastic at customer service. Each time I go, they are so attentive and work so hard to make sure you are happy. One of my employees is very allergic to gluten, they order special shells for her, and also wipe the surfaces before making her food. They are good people and have great food. That's why it's one of my favorite places!
