I'm vegan gluten free and was in town for the afternoon. Once I saw the menu here I knew I had to go. I had the Banzo platter with falafel & tahini, hummus & carrots, rice and salad. Plus I added kalamata olives, I mean, who wouldn't with a platter like that? I also had the homemade tea. The flavors were amazing! I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again! Thank you for a delicious meal!
Diners rave about the attentive service and generous portions, making every visit a satisfying experience worth repeating.

Ordered curbside for a celiac allergy. The food was delicious. They even made sure not to put bread sticks in the bag as a lot of Olive Gardens do that even though they make the food gluten free.
A remarkable gem known for its authentic flavors and generous portions, leaving you eager to return for more delicious dishes.

The best falafel you’ll find in Madison. Super accommodating for gluten allergies, speedy pick up service, and amazing and kind staff. My partner and I weren’t sure about how much food would be in the falafel platter so we ordered more falafel on the side. The platter came with SIX (6) falafel!!!! So we got to enjoy the extra side as a delicious lunch the next day. So happy to have The Mediterranean Joint in the neighborhood!!
Cozy vibes and melt-in-your-mouth dishes make this spot a must-visit, especially for those craving a unique twist on classic favorites.

Went on a Wednesday night around 6:30 and it wasn’t too busy. The service wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it definitely wasn’t bad by any means. Nice atmosphere- very cozy. But the best part was definitely the food. They have literally the best house salad I’ve ever had in my life! I ordered eggplant parmigiana. It was different than the kind I’ve had before but still absolutely delicious. The eggplant basically melted in my mouth! It also came with a side of spaghetti which was a very pleasant surprise. One of my friends is gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating. I would definitely return!
Late-night vibes with a lively atmosphere, flavorful grilled dishes, and a story behind the culinary delights make this spot a must-visit!

My husband and I stopped to eat after over 8 hours in the ER. It was just before 1am and they were still serving food. The only negative was an extremely loud DJ playing. But we understood because it was Friday night at almost 1am and not the typical dining hours. Otherwise, what a God send!
This was our first time at any Caspian Grill. They were more than happy to serve us and fired up the grill.
The lentil soup and kabobs (chicken, lamb, veggie and ribeye) had great flavor/excellent seasoning. We both had Pelmeni (lamb) for the first time and it was delicious, I highly recommend! We loved reading their story too and how the food is prepared. The healthy preparation of the food on grill and gluten free options is also a bonus that is appreciated. We will definitely be back and bringing our friends.
Expect a great mix of options at a good price, with generous portions making it a standout choice on State Street.

Fantastic place to eat for a good price, too! Good amount of options, has plenty of variety for those who are gluten free and/or vegetarian, and overall you get a decent portion for the price you pay, a rare sight on State Street.
This is a great place to eat gluten-free! All meat is gluten-free and there is the most incredible and beautiful homemade gluten-free bread I’ve ever eaten.
