They have numerous menu options to fit your crowds' taste, with a variety of dishes to suit all dietary requirements. You won't find much catering services that offer vegan and gluten-free without hassle. Their catering menu also accommodates every budget.

Really excellent food, including authentic Mexican tacos! There are many gluten free options on the menu (including dessert!) and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on gluten free options.

Have been to this restaurant to eat in and take out food many times. We have tried so many different items, each and every time we have been super happy with the selection and delicious food. There is so much to choose from, and it's more difficult to choose because it's all so good! We need mostly gluten-free items, and they can do almost everything gluten-free and vegan as well. The owners, Sarah and Mitl are the greatest people and take pride in their work and it shows! You must go try it! You will return again and again to try everything on the menu! I know we're not done trying everything yet. 🤭

Love the rice and beans here with any of their plate. Fish tacos, Chipotle Nacho, Number 18, Enchiladas, Burritos, over the years I tried almost everything on their menu and it's all delicious - everytime.
They offer GF options but make sure to ask and clarify what is, espicially for sauces.
Having the menu labeled with what is GF would be a really nice addition for poeple with gluten intolerance/celiac.

Me and my two best friends went while spending the day uptown.
The owner (I think) was incredibly accommodating of my gluten free diet, and we had a lovely chat. I didn't mind that he wasn't the most knowledgeable, because whenever me or my friend raised a concern he was hugely respectful and found out before proceeding. He was even very chill when I had to change my order to accommodate!
Overall we were all very pleased!
I had the Toro Bowl, one friend had the nachos (the chips are colorful which we found fun!), and the other had a burrito... none of us were disappointed!
As long as whoever serves you is willing to communicate, this place is great for gluten free!
Expect consistent, tasty, and patient service with a unique variety of delicious burrito choices that always hits the spot!

Kamal served me today and was so sweet! I always order here and have never been disappointed. I have a gluten allergy, my go to is the gluten free spicy chicken quesadilla and the workers here are always so patient and careful with my food. What an amazing team! Thank you guys so much :)

Wanted to highly recommend a Fredericton restaurant I just tried today! Literally the best tacos I've ever had. Taco Boyz Fredericton. Right by Montanas. I was there picking up a donation they were kind enough to give to the SPCA auction and saw they had take-home family packs. Enough for six people. You can get beef, chicken, vegetarian and all these amazing toppings and sauces of your choice. I chose a sweet, dark salsa and it was wow!! The taco shells were made of corn flour and so light and crispy and are Gluten friendly so that was amazing!! Their nachos are gluten friendly ( gluten-free, gluten free ) for the google search engine. Everyone in the house LOVED it, new regular place. Great for parents rushing to take their kids to lessons and sports, healthy easy dinner!

We used Cascabowl for a catering. They delivered it and set up for us. We had "make your own" burrito bowls. They manager was lovely to work with and helped us build a meal plan based on our budget. We had vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free people with us and they were all able to enjoy. The food was delicious and I highly recommend using them for a catering!
