Wait staff was friendly, food tasted alright. Menu was clear about dietary restrictions and differentiated between plain gluten free and celiacs (no cross contamination), which was nice. Barbacoa tacos gave me food poisoning.

I would not recommend this place for anyone who is gluten free. I ordered the gf French toast, but when it arrived, it didn't appear to be gf. After questioning the server, he confirmed it was, but he was incorrect. I should have left the moment I realized the server did not know the difference. They took the plate back and replaced it with the correct toast. However, the gf toast was placed on the same plate that had previously contained gluten, contaminating the food. They attempted to correct this again, but I'm unsure if they used the contaminated gf toast on a new plate. At this point, I had lost all trust in their ability to handle gluten free orders, so I decided not to eat it. To make matters worse, they failed to bring all of our ordered items and charged us for things we didn't order.

Delicious burger and fries . And they had gluten free buns which is awesome. Was kinda sketched out when I realized it was in a gas station, but man it doesn't even matter bc it was so darn tasty

My favorite restaurant in Estes Park! A large portion on their menu is gluten-free. I love the fajitas! I have to eat gluten-free and I've never had any trouble from eating here. My family doesn't have any food restrictions, and they love eating here too.

Excellent Gluten free options, delicious shrimp tacos, made to order, friendly staff, CLEAN restaurant and clean bathrooms, you don’t come out smelling like fried food

My friends and I had such an incredible experience at Casa Colina! I'm gluten-free and have other random dietary restrictions and another friend of mine is vegan & the chef was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. Everyone was obsessed with the mushroom tacos!!

This place is hard to find, but worth the stairs. 3rd floor above the mall on the main strip. Good food and drink with great views and nice music. Highly recommend. Lots of gluten free options and everything we have tried was made well!

We used Shakes Alive for some lunch catering while we were having services for a party at Glow, next door. They were AMAZING to work with. Urosh (sp?) the manager worked with me from our first phone call to the day of and offered us special menu options that were not their 'normal' since we had several girl with dietary needs (Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten/Sodium Free) and the food was exactly what we wanted. Their courtyard is adorable, and we had lunch there while in-between services at Glow. The smoothies were delicious, it is Palisade Peach Season here in CO and we had specialities with them. The staff was great, super helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of. The concept that we had SIXTEEN guests with all different menu selections made it complicated, but they crew made it perfect for our spa day.
