I got the brisket taco and the trio set up with queso, guacamole, and salsa. It was delicious! I went to the collective location. Great vibe. I have a gluten allergy. There is slight cross contamination in the fryer but I didn’t get sick.

I've been here twice now & am a massive fan! I have Celiac and was able to enjoy some of the BEST quesabirrio tacos ever, safely. They don’t have a designated fryer, so chips aren’t an option for me, but my husband has very much enjoyed the chips, burritos, various salsas, and the delicious potato they offer with our meals. They have excellent beverage options as well!
The staff has always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. I'll be back as much as possible!

Wow! I’ve had Velvet Taco before at different locations but the courtesy and customer service I was given at this location has been unmatched! I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. The manager Zack was very friendly and warm when taking my order. The team made sure to inform me that the chips are cross contaminated. I didn’t even have to ask. I enjoyed my taco so much, I came back later in the day for another round. I honestly came back again today because gluten free, salmon tacos and gluten free queso while receiving top notch customer service and employee concern can not be beat. Other restaurants are not as educated or dedicated to treating those with celiac with such great treatment. 5 stars!!
