During our visit to Den Bosch we had lunch at Van Puffelen - Eetcafé & Meer! The waiter was in a hurry to take the drinks order, but delayed in taking the food. Those who eat gluten-free have a wide choice of sandwiches, salads and more! The sandwiches are generously filled and taste very good. We were also positively surprised by the price-quality ratio. Although you can tell that the restaurant has invested in making the space less noisy, it is very loud in the restaurant.

Delicious bagels - warm from the oven - and tasty lunch desserts. But why we go to B&B specifically: they always take gluten-free and cross-contamination into account here. The lady in the kitchen baked the bagel in a bag, washed her hands, grabbed a clean kitchen towel and knife and first completely prepared the gluten-free bagel before doing anything else. Thank you Bagels & Beans; This way, people with celiac disease can also have lunch outside.

One of the very few completely gluten-free restaurants in the south of the Netherlands. The delicious dishes are prepared with care. The service is very cordial and attentive. Plenty of choice, including vegan options. Great place for people with celiac disease to relax and enjoy good food. Highly recommended.

Charlie is more of an indoor playground with dining facilities than a restaurant, although the name 'family restaurant' probably gives that away. The atmosphere is completely aimed at children and families, which is great if that is what you are specifically looking for. The menu also reflects this and therefore offers few surprises. Compliments for the extensive gluten-free range, which was not necessary for us, but was very positive. What was disappointing was the lack of service. Nowadays you order everything via a tablet, which means there is hardly any interaction with the staff. That feels impersonal and makes it less hospitable. A solution for staff shortages, but it does detract from the experience of service. The food is really overpriced for what you get. In short: if your children want to play, this can be a handy place to have something to eat.

A late lunch... Delicious food and plenty of gluten-free options. I could choose almost anything, even the pancakes. Ultimately opted for a sandwich with tuna salad. Very tasty! This is a gem of a place. Essentially an ice cream and chocolate shop with tables for coffee outside. The ice cream was fantastic and the sorbet much richer than we get in the UK. There are loads of gluten free and vegan options and all the allergens are labeled. The lady serving was kind and patient. Best of all nine scoops and four coffees were €33. If you are from UK bring cash because none of our six different cards worked.
