Zizzi Colchester Is Brilliant!!! 5⭐️+ First time here yesterday, and everything was perfect! Everything from the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we was greeted warmly, the layout and decor inside is really nice. Lovely atmosphere too. The food was really really good! I had the meatball dish and my wife had the Carbonara. Great customer care as my wife is gluten intolerant, but the menu caters perfectly for those with food intolerance/allergies too. They even made gluten free garlic bread from scratch for us, and it tasted amazing!!! Desserts are REALLY good too!!!! Absolutely going to book again for a couple of weeks time for my birthday. Going to bring our children too as the kids menu caters well for them too (kids eat free option available too). Zizzi Colchester is now our ‘go to restaurant’. Thank you for the fantastic food, customer care and lovely vibes. 100% recommend 👍🏻

We popped in here on Fathers Day never heard if this pub before we highly recommend it ! DOG FRIENDLY ! children friendly too Just overall friendly great polite service with a smile nothing too much trouble gluten free Fish & Chips were lovely as was the roasts ! Especially the Yorkshires ! A must visit if you are local or visiting this pretty part of Essex Thank you for a great experience we will be back 👍

Fantastic experience. Incredibly accommodating with us where we had a member of our party in a wheelchair. Service was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Staff let us know when they had food at the buffet redone. Rui and William were wonderful, Rui brought our meat around and helped one of our party with getting the meat cooked at the right level for them. The food was brilliantly cooked and so tasteful and a lot of variety for our gluten free child. William made sure that we were well attended and that everything was OK for us and made sure that we had enough drinks. We've been before and will definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

Great service, particularly as we were a very large party. They also catered to diners with dietary requirements—we were told they ordered Gluten Free pasta specifically. Food was tasty, staff were attentive. Particular big thanks to Camila who was always there when we needed something! Beautiful ambience and good music too :D
