Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious, a good range of meat and fish dishes. The food is cooked fresh on order, sauces and dressings made by the chef, and gluten free except the balsamic dressing. Fish delivered fresh to the reataurant every day. Vegetarian options available.
Our server, Ashley, was energetic, fun,and well versed on the dishes and drinks. She was able to advise on menu choices and was spot on. We had a fantastic meal partly due to her service.

My family and I went to Brio located in plantation, FL on Christmas day 2024
We made reservations.
First we were seated right away by a very lovely young lady.
Daniel was our server. He was so kind and professional. Of course being Christmas day the food was a little slow coming out. We did not mind the manager
Even came over to apologize for the delay
. And we said no need for apologizes.
When the food came everything was delicious.
And my gluten free pasta was amazing.
And by the way this was our first time there
