We ate here twice last week. The waiters were kind and seemed relatively well trained on celiac needs. My daughter had the fish tacos and then tried a bunless burger with a side sub (fries are cross contaminated). Felt good after both meals!
Quirky, owner-involved spot, popular among tourists for its loaded toppings and top-notch service, despite being slightly pricey.

The meatball sub is on another level. So flavorful and filling. 4 good sized, JUICY meatballs on a toasted hoagie lightly sauced and lots of cheese! I really enjoy that it's not drenched and soggy. They also have really good Gluten free pizza! Will be back for more!
A cherished spot known for creative presentations, waterfront views, and the iconic Hula Pie, regretfully no longer in service.

This was a great place to eat. I have celiac disease they were able to accommodate me by changing around some of the dishes to accommodate my needs and I appreciated that greatly. I would highly recommend for anyone that has celiac disease. The food was tremendous
A bustling spot with a tasty menu that’s worth the wait, but be sure to secure reservations early to avoid disappointment.

We asked for gluten free California rolls (togo) and we not told of the $5 upcharge for having it gluten free. I asked for gluten free soy sauce and the service put regular soy sauce in the bag. When I got back to the hotel we realized the soy sauce was not gluten free, this could have been a disaster! This left me with zero confidence that this restaurant is gluten conscious.

After out whale watching tour, we stumbled upon this place, right on the beach and decided to have a late lunch. My husband enjoyed his gluten free coconut seafood chowder which was packed with seafood.
I'm both gluten free and vegan and didn't see much on the main menu, so I ordered veggie side dishes which were AMAZING! The Kiawe Grilled Broccolini with Yuzu and crispy garlic was so good and the Honey Glazed Carrots were not overly sweet. They also use local produce and honey from the island.
For dessert, we shared the Pono Pie which is mad from local bread fruit, coconut, nut crust and is gluten free, vegan and sugar free! I'd say that was pretty healthy : )
I'll definitely be back for those items next time I return to Maui. The outside dining area is on the sand with a great view. Fun, lively atmosphere and super busy.
Casual vibes with a knack for substitutions and competitive pricing make this hidden gem a must-visit for a tasty outing.

My allergies are wheat gluten dairy and soy and when I put my order in I looked at some reviews and what was the best for me. I got the catch of the day which was Mahi Mahi and they knew right away how to substitute things. Very friendly and it was very casual. My Dad got the ahi . Well priced compared to other places except this one has good reviews. Found it by accident.
Frequent visits are common here, thanks to the attentive vibe and the wish for an even more diverse menu to choose from.

We ate here a lot because we did not wanna leave the premises every day. The staff was absolutely as kind as they could be. Very attentive . Our only suggestion would be that they had a bigger menu for people like ourselves who ate there quite a bit. They also have gluten-free buns if you ask.
