Been here a few times and it never disappoints! Great food and great atmosphere. The maple syrup lemonade is our favorite. Las time we were here they were out and Brendan made sure they got some mixed up for us before we left! Also, my husband is celiac and has never had any issues with the food here!
Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with plants and relaxing lighting, perfect for gatherings or a chill solo hangout.

My wife and I eat out a lot — probably more than we should — and honestly, most places blur together. Same look, same food, same “safe” hotel kitchen vibe. Napoletana Pizzeria & Bar is a refreshing exception.
It feels like the kind of neighborhood spot you’d find in Italy, or the way Boston’s North End used to be before it got over-gentrified. The food is bold and rustic, the space has real warmth — exposed brick, wood beams, no flash — just good energy and honest cooking.
We often go during Happy Hour (4–6pm). The menu stays the same, but the prices on drinks and appetizers drop. From the main menu, don’t miss the Griglie Miste — a mixed grill of sausage, steak tips, and chicken. Everything is cooked just right, and the char from the grill brings it all together. It’s big enough to share, but you might not want to.
The Mussels Fra Diavolo are another standout. Served as an appetizer, but easily a meal on their own. The broth is deep, rich, and spicy — and if heat isn’t your thing, they’ll tone it down while keeping the flavor. We get them almost every time.
If they have it, grab a glass of the Toscano wine. It’s imported by their parent company, Tuscan Kitchen, and it punches way above its price.
The pizzas? Excellent. Rectangular (except for gluten-free), crisp crust, fresh toppings — exactly what you want from a proper pizza.
The service is always sharp and friendly. Napoletana has become our go-to spot. It’s not trying to be trendy. It just is that good.
A hidden gem with diverse menu options, quick service, and a clean vibe makes it a must-visit for any food lover!

Stopped in after hitting up the Kittery Outlets. Went around 3:00 so the place was close to empty. The food and drinks were AMAZING. I got the Burger with an adult milk shake. My wife (gluten free) got the Reuben burger with the apple pie margarita. My wife said it was one of the best burgers she's ever had. Server was accommodating with my wife's gluten allergy and to d came out quick. We will be coming back ASAP.

Outdoor seating was a great choice for lunch. Our server was friendly and helpful. My beet salad was fantastic! The lobster roll was a little wet and alot of celery. Cocktails were great! Good variety of menu items and gluten fee choices, too.
I haven't had a bad meal at 99 to date. We tried the new romaine wedge salad by way of the gluten free menu, which is calorie light and the perfect size for our "bridge" meal in the middle of the day. There's another version on the salad page, but with extras that more than double the calories.

I’ve gone here for cannolis a couple times but never bought pizza. I’ve always enjoyed their cannolis and loved that they were one of the few places open late as I get out of work late some evenings and forget to eat something. I bought a slice for the first time today and it was a great size for the price as well as they have a deal for a free cannoli with a slice before 8pm. Every time I have gone the service has been very kind and nice to talk to. I hadn’t left a review before because I often forget but felt I should as I’ve never had a bad experience. I’d also like to add that my friend has a gluten allergy and had never had a gluten free cannoli before and they have them here! Every time I visit nj now he asks me to bring him one.
Overall the food was good. We were two families. We ordered a variety of dishes. Many dishes for children and in general. A very rich menu. Gluten free pizza made from cauliflower dough was not good. Not fully done. We did not enjoy it. We also ate the fish and chips dish better than it. Felt not made on the spot but more of a frozen bag. The burger was good. Good pizza too. The chips as a side dish were spicy and very salty. disappointment. By and large we ate in better places. I don't particularly recommend coming.

Tuscan Market is centrally located to Portsmouth with a very cool vibe - many plants and relaxing lighting to make for a nice ambiance with a date, family, friends and even solo. The food and drinks are good (Amalfi Mule & Mussels my personal favorite) but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, especially pizza which has a yummy gluten free option.
Expect perfectly crispy crusts and delicious toppings, making it a top spot for pizza lovers looking for great takeout.

Best take out pizza I have had in a while. I am Gluten sensitive, and am often disappointed with soggy gf crusts. The GF crust at Jitto's was delicious, nice and crispy and topping yummy. My husband had a regular crust pizza and was just as happy.
I love the way they are handling The Covid19 situation. They are being extremely careful which I love. Was saddened to know that they discontinued one of my favorite items the tostada. Please bring it back as I have to eat gluten free for the rest of my life unfortunately and the tostada was one of the things on the menu I can eat.
