Thank you for the great service and for understanding gluten-free! They prepare and cook gluten-free food separately and are very careful with cross-contamination.
Bit of a shame, so much potential to be good but seemed to fail at most hurdles.
Brilliant location and very pretty pub, but rude service, low good quality (especially considering price point) and not good with dietaries (e.g. told something was gluten free when it wasn't, leading me to be pretty sick).
We had the best ever Orange Cake with fresh cream. They nicely whipped the cream and cake had those orange zest that complimented the taste. Also, tried gluten free walnut brownie which was delicious.
Nice space. No vegan options on menu but I asked if they could do a vegan breakfast roll and what they put together with mushrooms and avocado was nice (and their gluten free toast is really good - had to replace the brioche that they normally use). They should put it on the menu (maybe with sourdough though. Coffee was nice but simple flavour. Kudos for oat milk. All a little expensive though. 10% weekend surcharge is sneaky given most business is on weekends, and $1 for non-dairy milk is a bit of a cash grab atop already upper-priced coffee.
