I mention it since my pasta was not of very good quality, perhaps they use a cheaper brand, but Barilla and Monticello have a good line of gluten-free pastas. They could improve the experience for diners who are gluten intolerant, like me, with something of better quality because you pay more for that. Oh, also, I ordered gluten-free fettuccine and they brought me spaghetti.
I should also add that they didn't have gluten-free dessert options, so I had to walk 3 blocks to a place where I know they sell gluten-free desserts.
