We’ve been here twice now and really love the warm ambiance and friendly service—especially Jenn, who took care of us both times and made us feel so welcome. The menu has a great selection of healthy and delicious options, including plenty of gluten-free choices. Their immune-boosting shot and fresh juices were a standout!
The only downside was that they were out of their fluffy GF pancake, which we were really looking forward to. But with so many other gluten-free options, we still left happy and satisfied. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to!

As of today (Aug 2025), they can do any of the curries gf as well as a few other dishes just by removing soy sauce! The only downside is the only appetiser that they can do gf is the mussels. We came here for dinner two nights in a row. The chef is AMAZING! He was extra careful with my allergies, fully catered to my gluten intolerance, and made me delicious food.

We had just checked in at the ShangriLa The Fort and were looking for a place to eat a late-ish dinner. We ventured into A Mano, which was right across the hotel, and it was such a great find. The Italian food we ordered - 3 pizzas, chicken salad, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and pasta bolognese made with gluten-free pasta - were delicious and hit the spot. I highly appreciate Italian restaurants that cater to gluten-free diets but extra props to those that do gluten-free pasta well, as A Mano did. Shout-out to Deo who provided us with excellent service. We will definitely be back during our one-week stay at ShangriLa.
