Our favorite Tagliatella restaurant. The managers and waiters are super nice and attentive, always with a smile. One of the few places that still greet you when you enter or leave. On this occasion, our waitress Pilar was super friendly and attentive. That's how it's nice to eat or dine out. I have been to 2 places, the one in Sant Cugat and the one in Sabadell and the food is always very good, I love that the desserts are gluten-free because they are very rare in this type of restaurants. The bad thing is that the gluten-free options are a little more expensive, but as usual.

Wide variety of sandwiches and types of bread (they have gluten-free ones). The workmanship and quality of the products are correct.
The wild potatoes are not the conventional ones but they are very good.
