Been here a couple of times now with family for some 'get togethers' and thoroughly enjoyed the food here.
Service is quick, and all the staff are pleasant and helpful. The menu is pretty decent in size and this is mirrored also by the portion sizes as well. They are big! So you absolutely get your money's worth.
They have vegan and gluten free options also if that is your preference and overall had a pretty good experience.
Consistently excellent with a diverse menu and a reputation for accommodating various dietary needs; a must-visit in Ely!

Lovely local pub near to where my pals like. Real sense of community, and the Quiz night was a good chuckle with great banter. They also do food catering for veggie/ gluten free. My husband and I and our toddler enjoy sitting in the Prince Albert pub garden to have a drink with friends. It is friendly to kids and dogs. I also had a large gathering of friends for an event in their garden room and the buffet food was delicious, fresh and cooked on site. They even catered for a gluten free and vegan requests. There was music and the staff were wonderful. The price per person was also very reasonable. It is my favourite pub in Ely.

Walked by this place for years and had no idea their food was so wonderful. Great for those days on a walk for a warm meal and nice environment.
I had a Gluten Free fish and chips! I was so happy, its been years since I had batter, plus the chips and tartar sauce were just perfect. My husband had Pigs in Blanket Stovie, well it looked and smelled wonderful and he thoroughly enjoyed a new take on a Scottish dish.
Easy to get a seat, staff were really lovely and attentive, the pub allows dogs so that's always nice to watch the dogs enjoying the pub and free strokes.
Expect a fun vibe with shipping container design, eco-friendly plates, and a kids' play area that makes for a unique outing experience.

We went here with our youngest son, who had been before and gave it great reviews. We weren't disappointed. The Yard has a great atmosphere. The layout is three sides of the yard are buildings made from large shipping containers each containing a different facility - coffee and snacks being in one, a bar in another, and so on. The coffee is good and their own roast, Silver Oak, which is well established. The cakes include a selection of gluten free.
Well worth visiting.

Christmas meal was lovely, I’d accidentally been put down as gluten free by my friend who ordered but as soon as I said I wasn’t a Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and extra gravy were very quickly bought out by Ella and Abi who were serving us. Very attentive to our needs but not over the top.
The whole 3 course meal was very tasty and well worth the money
