If a restaurant feeds local Cistercian monks... it is logical the food has a heavenly taste. The most delicious duck I've had in southern Scotland - can beat anything in Edinburgh. Well adapted to special diets: it was gluten and dairy free. Only one thing is missing: A Michelin star. They deserve one!
