Nice visit today on Christmas Eve for lunch. Prawns were fantastic as always and would recommend the sticky toffee pudding. Very busy and good atmosphere. Was seated outside but kept warm with the heaters. Plenty gluten free options also :) x
Lovely pub in a great position. Went there for Monday lunch, they were still serving good despite it being mid afternoon when we arrived. Service was quick and friendly and the food and drinks were good quality and very good value for money. They had a gluten free (NGI) menu as well as a vegan one, both of which had multiple options to choose from. A great little pub to walk to, with wonderful views. Also had some outside seating which I imagine it's wonderful to sit at in the summer. Also had parking.
Food was excellent, with gluten free alternative with the burger, only issue was they seemed under staffed, 2 chefs and 3 people on the floor meaning things did take a while longer than usually expected.
We went on Sunday, my other half cannot have Gluten and the staff were beyond excellent.
The breakfast choice was fantastic and very competitively priced.
10/10 would recommend
I dined at the new location last weekend. Food was delicious and so affordable! I was happy with the amount of gluten free options and there was even vegan pizza available for my friend! The service was incredible as always! We definitely be back and often! Thank you
